Precast box segments shall consist of high strength reinforced cement concrete duly steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 40 grade Cement shall be of Gr. 53 as per IS: 12269 and TMT steel reinforcement bar of Grade Fe-500D/ 550D as per IS: 1786.
