Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications, including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m, filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth, and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 50 m from the centre of the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick ballast of 40 mm nominal size), including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, and cost of formwork, etc., required for proper completion of the work in foundation and floors, as per PWD SOR item no. 275.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone ballast of 20 mm nominal size), including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, and cost of formwork, etc., required for proper completion of the work in foundation and floors, as per PWD SOR item no. 279(b).

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants, etc., required for proper completion of the work, as per PWD SOR item no. 305(b).

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in the proportion of 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand of 1.25 F.M.), including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants, etc., required for proper completion of the work, as per PWD SOR item no. 582.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floors in different sizes (thickness as specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, etc. The tiles shall be cut using a zero-chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles shall be done using a notch trowel, plier, wedge clips of required thickness, leveling system, and rubber mallet for proper placement, as per DSR 2023, Vol-1, Item No. 11.4A2.2

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness as specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours and shades except burgundy, bottle green, and black, of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, as per DSR 2023, Vol-1, Item No. 8.31

Supply of all materials, labour, and T&P for boring of 30–35 metre deep borewell with PVC casing pipe for water cooler, as per prevailing market rates.

Supply and installation of 1.0 H.P. submersible pump along with all necessary accessories, including column pipe and other pipe connections with the water cooler, complete in all respects as per prevailing lump sum market rates.

Supply and fixing of all electrical works on lump sum basis as per market rate.

Supply and installation of 500 Ltr. storage capacity PVC water tank, including loading, unloading, and all complete work for water arrangement of water cooler.

Supply, transportation, installation, testing & commissioning of a commercial water cooling system (minimum 240 LPH capacity, stainless-steel body) with integrated filtration (RO+UV/UF), including all materials, accessories, piping, valves, wiring, supports, labour, tools & plant, initial filter cartridges and at least 3 years comprehensive warranty, on a lump-sum basis as per prevailing market rate. Price shall be inclusive of all site works required for a fully functional installation.

Fabrication and installation of heavy mild steel or iron works such as trusses, built-up gates, door frames, record racks, roof structures, etc., shaped to specifications. Includes drilling, riveting or welding as needed, along with supply and fixing of steel, bolts, nuts, and other accessories for complete and proper execution of the work.

Application of painting or varnishing on iron work (small areas) or woodwork, comprising one coat of ready-mixed primer and two coats of approved high-quality ready-mixed paint, including supply of all materials, labour, and necessary tools & plants, complete as per specifications (SI No. 641 & SI No. 642).

Photographic documentation of works, carried out on a lump sum basis according to prevailing market rates.

Supply & fixing of inscribed board complete in all respect as per lump sum market rate.

Site clearance and unforeseen works, including all necessary labour, equipment, and materials required for proper execution.

GST 18 percentage

Amount for installation of 30 numbers of water coolers, complete as per requirements.
