Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, leveling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exec 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cove obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes

Material and labour in replacement Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 5 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25mm x25mm at height 2.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 80mm bore embedded 60 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The writing matter will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanized ironsides complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe up to 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole HT structure , outside area of HT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.

Material and labour for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surrounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & leveling of finished gravel uniformly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying as replacement in sub station fixing 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick specification as per IS 15652 2006

S&F in replacement for Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white , with letters, figures and conventional skull and bobes in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 50 mm Thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

Disconnecting HT supply from 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU, 3/4/5 way and servicing and overhauling of RMU, checking of tripping mechanism, greasing of moving contacts, cleaning of carbon from main contacts, checking of spring tension, checking of loosened bolts and nuts , checking of loosened connections, rust, damaged, lead wire, checking of spring charging motor, improvement of resistance of CTs, PT, epoy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish complete all as directed and testing on load.

M&L for checking the existing pressure of SF6 Gas in gas chamber of 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU, 3/4/5 way before filling and topping up to the SF6 gas in the chamber of RMU including supervision of gas filling /topping up process and checking the pressure of gas after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of cable boost 11 KV in 630 Amps RMU, 3/4/5 way complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 50/1 Amps 2.5 VA 10P10 for protection in 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU (Ring main unit) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 50/1 Amps 2.5 VA Class 1 for protection in 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU (Ring main unit) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 100-50/1 Amps 2.5 VA 10P10 for protection in 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU (Ring main unit) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 100/1 Amps 2.5 VA Class 1 for protection in 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU (Ring main unit) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1-Ph (11 Kv/rt3) : 110 VAC, 50 VA Potential transformer in 11 KV, 630 Amps, RMU (Ring main Unit) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Faulty operating mechanism of earthing switch for VCB, installation of new operating mechanism of earthing switch with Testing, commissioning etc
