INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION M&L for Point wiring complete for One light/Fan/Exhaust Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch with PVC insualted and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) ISI marked, multi-stranded copper conductor single core including ISI marked 20 mm dia PVC conduit medium grade concealed in wall and heavy duty PVC conduit not less than 20 mm in roof / floor slab and ceiling, pressed GI concealed terminal boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheets of requied colour complete, including 1.5 Sqmm PVC, FRLS cable insulated unsheathed copper earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth dolly, including colour coding of cable shall be Phase-red, Neutral-black and Earth- green with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. S&F LED street light 20 watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting sources and lens embedded pc cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 including GI pipe medium grade bent to shape (1.2 mtr approx) of size 40 mm dia fixed with suitable size clamps screws etc and provn of connection with twin core copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.
Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate using GI earth wire 4 mm dia as earth electrode connected to bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel etc at one end and connected to equipment at another end.GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI light grade pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment 20 dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover slab of 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note:- (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) Earthing wire beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY M&L for shifting of 11 KV RMU (one incoming and 02 Nos outgoing) after Disconnecting all the electric connections from incoming, outgoing terminal and earthing terminals from the RMU including fixing to another location with Hydra and including necessary new RCC/PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation, plateform, ramp etc of suitable size and necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meters deep below normal ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm connected to main test point as directed as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron protected by 40mm dia (medium grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (light grade) watering pipe, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 350 x 350 x 50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size for lifting of cover slab, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
M & L Horizontal boring in soft/loose soil/under roads of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe up to 100mm bore for passing cables complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.
Supply, installation, commissioning and testing HT 11 KV 800 Amp Vacuum Circuit Breaker panel of 7 with 1 Incomming, 6 Outgoining indoor type, horizontal isolation type, motor operated spring charged having rupturing capacity 26.3 KA for 1 second by connecting to the HT panel board with the help of copper bus bar of suitable size duly enclosed in CRCA frame and panel shall be not less than 2.0 mm thickness and comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :-
