Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CMM/W) minimum 6.85, Air delivery minimum 215 CMM, 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374- 2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required. The approved make will be Orient Hector 500 or equivalent as per Engineer Incharge

Charges for removing the existing ceiling fan and handing over to the Stores / location as identified by the Engineer Incharge.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

1200mm x 22w LED light fittings. The approved make will be PHILIPS LED BN021LED22S PSU CW GR or equivalent as per Engineer Incharge

Supplying and fixing of outdoor type lighting luminaire of following watts and model LED luminaire with driver unit on aluminium alloy powder coated in greylish black shade with heat resistance toughend glass complete including all accessories and hardwares with suitable size GI pipe bending to shape as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc. as required.

Supply and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing plain 16/0.20mm (0.50sqmm) twin flat fleible, FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor cable, in PVC sleeve of suitable size on the floor/ wall /ceiling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of CAT 6 I/O jack with shutter alongwith suitable surface mounted PVC gangbox and single port faceplate. (Approved Make: Molex - PowerCat 6 DataGate Jack )

Supplying and fixing of following size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing of UTP 4 pair CAT 6 LAN Cable in the existing surface/ recessed Steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Dismantling of ceiling fan and painting the same with one or more coats of spray painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent and replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pin, reinstalling the same as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB in normally used where 3 Phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 415 V, TPN industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosere, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 30 A, 415 V, TPN industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 30 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosere, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply, Installation , Testing & Commissioning of 24 feet PMSM type HVLS fan alongwith the suitable capacity VFD Starter unit. Specifications: Diameter : 24 Feet Supply : 1 Phase , 230V Blade material : Aviation Grade Extruded Aluminium Alloy 6063 – T3 No. of Blades: 5 Power : 950W Rated RPM : 55 Max Air Flow: 3,80,000 CFM All the accessories required for installation of the above including scaffolding, cable etc are under the scope of the contractor.

Buyback of removed ceiling fan in as is where is condition. The Contractor has to pick up the buyback items which includes transporatation of the same.

Buyback of Old HVLS fan including dismatling, removal and transportation of the HVLS fan outside the IIT Madras campus.
