M&L for Rubbing/Grinding and mirror polishing to the existing kota stone flooring including filling /pointing the joint with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Temporary Arrangement to suppart the existing slab with hydrolic jack and scaffolding @0.5m spacing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment (incl pcc, plaster, brick tiles, mud etc) of any description and thickness upto roof top incl

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint over the roof (APP membrane) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore ,UPVC high grade , including all fittings (like Elbow , Tee, Socket, Gi pipe connecter, nipples, tank connector etc) and fixing solutions/adhesive or chemicals and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Windows made of Pre Painted Steel (Based on as per IS 513 On 0.58 MM Thick "D" quality galvanised as per IS 277 with Zinc coating of 120 GSM) Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 micron thick, finished painted with a polymer paint of 12-16 micron thick and back coat with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer section of outer frame should be 72X55 MM, centre mullion should be 72X5MM, section for fixed glass beading should be 12X12MM, and section of air tight shutter should be of 48X25MM with groove for gasket outter frame and mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutter, fly mesh and 2 MM provisions for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 2X4 MM. The section are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap 2 nos handle of heavy duty SS pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be panelled with 4 MM thick plain float glass and SS mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 Grade). Rubber gasket are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/ masonry wall by means of self expanding screws including 10 MM square guard bars with 6"(15 2.4MM) pitch complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made box type steel section ventilators using ERW hollow section fixed type with forsted glazing bar@ 10mm Squre bar@ 10Cm C/C and with one shop coat of zinc xhomate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F in repairs 20mm wide door seal aluminium powder coated fixed with screws on bottom rails of door shutters complete all as specified.

S&F in PTMT CP shower rose of size 100/125mm with arm including fixing to steel pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in PVC waste pipe 800mm long suitable for 32mm dia waste coupling of plane PVC pipe (Not foldable type) of good quality sutable for WHB or urinal as directed by Engr in charge complete all as specified.

S&F in repair fancy stainless steel cloth hangers with minimum 04 hooks all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment in old plastered walls including preparation of new or old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof emulsion (Apex Ultima) of electric blue or white colour over a coat of exterior wall care putty in (projections of column/wall/edges of chajja, roofs and other narrow locations in buildings upto ground plus three floor) all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Bulding security light fitting 20 watt having uniformity ratio 0.25 high pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistant toughned glass frame IP66 protection complete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on GI pipe bracket made out of suitable dia GI pipe medium grace 1.2 mtr long bent ti shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 3,09,632.00
