Taking down wooden chowkat or frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm Each with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm Each, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints, complete including treating the ends of chowkats with coal tar/black paint,etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 105 x 60 mm size Pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors with one rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 165 x 60 mm size Pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors with two rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive gauze with sash bars, edges of framing plain fitted with cut and mitred beads (all around of Ist class soft wood) for securing wire mesh or glass, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-I Sec-8 clause 8.24(b) fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick 2nd class HW plain, framed, factory made panelled shutters (two panels), with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), cleaned seasoned and chemically pressure treated. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in repair 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior graded, pre-laminated one side with decorative choice laminated and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work as in Shutter of Cupboards/Kitchen cupboard with teak beading of all sides, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in door opening as per specification and drawings and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Make :- M/s Rajshri plastiwood / M/s Sintex Industries Ltd or as equivalent.

Supply & fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style ) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck in side with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame with and including 3nos aluminium alloy hinges at site as per specification & drawing. Make :- M/s Rajshri plastiwood / M/s Sintex Industries Ltd or as equivalent.

Supply & fixing steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- M/S Metro Industries, M/S Sen-Harvic , M/S Shiv Mullar or as equivalent.

Ditto as per item 12 but without glazing bars complete all specified and directed. Make :- M/S Metro Industries, M/S Sen-Harvic , M/S Shiv Mullar or as equivalent.

Material & labour mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars etc., including angle frame and hinges where required with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in Mild steel 0.63 mm thick plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut to size holes punched including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joint with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitered angles etc as requires. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for framed work Fe 410-W (Grade - E-250) as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, complete all as specified and directed.
