Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single pole

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of Ashok Leyland make, AL2CDG1 model, 21 HP, 1500 RPM, 2 cylinder, vertical, water cooled diesel engine or equivalent coupled with AC Alternator, 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz @ 1500 RPM, 16KW/20KVA "Crompton Greaves" make or equivalent having inbuilt AMF Sensing panel with Acoustic Enclosure (sound proof) as per Central Pollution Control board (CPCB-II) approved DG Set.

Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 as applicable. Make : Polycab or equivalent.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24-2018) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing on surface/wall including clamping etc as required. Make: Gemini or equivalent.

40 mm dia (OD-40 mm & ID- 32 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following dia G.I pipe (medium class) across the road including cutting the hard rock upto the depth of 30 cm and refilling the same by cement concrete 1:2:4 after laying pipe and ramming the soil etc as required.

50 mm dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC/ METAL pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type 19, 48 mm dia, length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling-up with electrodite (Back fill Compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc.as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement . 2 Coares sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in foundation of pump/ DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand ) at all levels.
