Term Contract for Artificers Works (Including Minor Works) to Certain Buildings in Timarpur Area at Delhi

TERM CONTRACT : CPWD-Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) : 2023 (CIVIL) & CPWD-Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) : 2025 (E&M)

Execution of day to day maintenance work including minor works for Civil / E&M Assets spread over at sites & buildings . The execution of items of works are covered under CPWD-Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) : 2023 (CIVIL) & CPWD-Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) : 2025 (E&M) with upto date amendmnet. The specification and rates of items are applicable there on. (The total amount of term contract is restricted to Rs.45 lakhs).Items shall be executed as per requirement of site & as per direction by Engineer Incharge. Note: The contractor shall quote his percentage rates on the finished items of CPWD-Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) : 2023 (CIVIL) & CPWD-Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) : 2025 (E&M). The quoted rates shall be inclusive all taxes, transportation, CP & OH, etc. all complete. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account. Tax Invoices / Paid Voucher regarding procurement of all items / materials duly verified by EIC / PM must be submitted alongwith the Bill.
