REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF PUMPS, WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION, FILTRATION PLANT AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AND REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF DIFFERENT TYPE OF WATER PIPELINE,VALVES AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN SALUA UNDER GE (AF) KALAIKUNDA

M&L for dismantling/disconnecting of Openwell submersible/ Monoblock pumpset with electric driven capacity 1 HP, 3- phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz from suction and delivery pipe and removing from existing position and repair/rewinding, bushing complete and refixing on same position incl connecting testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per the item No 01 but 0.5/1 Hp dosing pump/motor.

Supply & fix dosing pump roller assembly suitable for existing old U/S dosing pump and taking out old unserviceable roller assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix dosing pump tube suitable for existing old U/S dosing pump and taking out old unserviceable dosing pump tube complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & fix dosing pump weighted suction line strainer suitable for existing old U/S dosing pump and taking out old unserviceable dosing pump weighted suction line strainer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Supply & fix dosing pump Injection check valve suitable for existing old U/S and taking out dosing pump Injection check valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Disconnecting submersible motor of any capacity from electric system and lifting the pump and motor along with column pipe supporting wire, rope etc completely and lowering the whole system and connecting the electrical cable to starter after rectification of defects incl testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Dismantling submersible pump part by part and segregating serviceable/unserviceable parts, replace the U/S parts painting the entire pump and refixing the plant complete as working condition at site all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge of the following capacities 25/20 HP submersible pump all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (spare parts to be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No. 08 here-in-before but capacity 7.5 HP open hole submersible pump.

M& L for Disconnecting the submersible motor of capacities 25/20 HP submersible pump 3 phase 415 volts completely and shifting to the civil workshop for removing of U/S windings, bearing etc, incl cleaning the slots, rewinding with new insulated copper wire as per existing size and submersible 6 sqmm cable 04 RM and installation, testing complete as per manufacturer's instruction with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note: (spare parts excluding copper coil will be measured and paid separately)
