Material & Labour for preparing old or previously treated surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces of walls by scrapping/sand paper rubbing and finally washing with watering and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete including terrazzo flooring (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.
