M&L of Servicing of Ductable Package type Air cooled AC of Capacity 11 TR (Refrigerant- R410A) capacity including cleaning condenser and cooling coil with air blower to remove the impurities dust and foreign materials, cleaning of filters of suspended indoor unit, refixing the same after complete repair/servicing with replacement of unserviceable parts and Carry out check necessary brazing work to copper tubing and charging the refrigerant as per existing/NON-CFC class complete for 11 TR capacity Ductable package type AC,replacement of all unserviceable/burnt out electric cable thimbles/connector of the unit and descalling by using antiscallent solution passing through copper tube of condensor units and connected pipes/tubes with suitable tools and pressure pumps, complete all as specified and directed, installed at EDP Bldg And T-60 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The cost of required Tools & Plants, Chemicals deemed to be included to the quoted rate.

M&L for servicing of vertical type tower Air Conditioner of Capacity 4.50/5.50 TR (Refrigerant- R 22/R32) capacity including cleaning condenser and cooling coil with air blower and water pressure pump to remove the impurities dust and foreign materials, cleaning of filters of suspended indoor unit, refixing the same after complete repair/servcing charging the suitable/mention rerigerant as required(refrigerant charges including in the servicing charges if required) with replacement of unserviceable parts, replacement of all unserviceable/burnt out electric cable thimbles /connector of the unit and descaling by using antiscallent solution passing through copper tube of condensor units and connected pipes/tubes with suitable tools and pressure pumps, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : The cost of required Tools & Plants, Chemicals deemed to be included to the quoted rate.

M&L for disconnect of existing Tower air conditioner (Indoor and outdoor), shiftting from one location to another location and reinstallation properly with servicing, cleaning, oiling all as per site to Tower AC capacity upto 4.50/5.50 Ton with including copper pipe as per existing size, all required accessories nut bolt washer etc complete all as site works and directed. Note : Contractor shall be quote the rate with transportation charges for shifting of Tower Air conditioner from one location to another location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding the blower motor of vertical type air conditioner of capacity 4.5 TR dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning the slot of stator thoroughly and rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge with proper class of insulation and applying varnish including replacement of bearing and shaft of existing size, re assembling all the parts of the motor ,reinstallation in same position complete including testing and comissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of Old unsv power circuit breaker (PCB) of Tower Air conditioner cap 4.50/5.50 TR , replace of unsv part of PCB by Auth company dealer and refixing the same after repairing of PCB Satisfactory complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv Bus Bar and supply and fixing Busbar chamber TPN current capacity 250 Amp 04 way horizental type, total enclosed with porcelain Insulator and colour coated tinned copper bus bar with suitable size of legs or fastner for fixing of busbar including PCC work fixing on ground or on wall/pole with suitable size of clamp, Nut, bolts, suitable size of thimbles for connection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding the electric motor of capacity 2 HP by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning the slot of stator throughly and rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge with proper class of insulation and applying varnish including re-assembling all the parts of the motor, reinstallation in same position complete including testing and comissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Ductable package type Air conditioner PCB suitable for 11 TR capacity of existing model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of power contactor 3 pole MDX type with AC 3 rating 38/40 Amps and AC 1 rating 56 Amp, duty rating at 415 V, 50 Hz, Type MDX 38 or HGS 40, confirms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, protection degree IP 20 fixed in existing outdoor unit including all connection with lugs complete including taking down old unsv contactor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 3 pole power contactors capacity AC 3 rating 25 Amp, and AC1 rating 32 Amp duty rating at 415 V, 50 Hz, Type MDX 25/HGS 32, confirms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, protection degree IP 20 fixed in existing outdoor unit including all connection with lugs complete taking down old unsv contactor complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge .
