Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from qyarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carriage complete job.

Supply and fixing at site 2.0 m high angle iron 40x40x 5 mm posts placed every 8ft centre to centre embedded in cement concrete blocks, with GI staples, turn buckles etc . Complete ( cost of earth work and concrete to be paid for separately:

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 100x 100mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Made of G.I wire of dia 4mm

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for· Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 5Crnm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )
