Repair / Maintenance of LT Panel board by taking shut down, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar and cleaning complete by means of CRC-226 / Petrol tightening of all joints in bus bar, checking of earth and neutral voltage, removal of foreign objects, replacement of u/s nuts / bolts / washers including replacement of corroded glands, lugs, thimbles, hinges, doors locks, door knobs, gaskets etc. and tightening them properly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly to ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm size as earthing lead , 40mm dia GI light grade watering pipe of suitable depth, filling around with charcoal dust and salt including excavation, returning, filling of earth and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and connected to GI strip by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers strip connected to earth plate including chamber PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate alongwith lifting handle complete all as specified in electrcial plate no. 3 of SSR Part-I all as directed. M & L in replacement for Chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm thick buried directly to ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to Copper strip 32 x 6 mm size as earthing lead filling around with chemical such as earth enhancing compound (MGSO4) including excavation, returning, filling of earth and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and connected to copper strip by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers strip connected to earth plate including chamber PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate alongwith lifting handle complete all as specified in electrcial plate no. 3 of SSR Part-I all as directed. M & L for removing old paint from the LT panels / Feeder Box / Pole by paint removers, cleaning by scrapping and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer and writing any description as required complete all as specified & directed. Note: Pole number in MB shall be recorded.

M & L for re-routing of LT cables off sizes from 10 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm, 2/3.5/4 core in ducts/wall/floor/roof/trusses etc incl. re-alignment, cutting/chassing in wall/duct and re-fixing as per site requirment, including replacement of luggs, nut, bolts, washers, saddle clamp etc, including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Initial and Rerouted Layout of cable after rerouting shall be sketched in MB.

M & L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in underground cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out exact location of fault all as directed at site. (Note : The Item includes transportation, fuel charges, charging of machine etc. upto detecting fault at a time. Bidder must quote rate considering the fact that it is solely his responsibility to arrange fault locating machine & he should'nt expect facilitation from the dept. for the same.)

Taking out and reinstalling of LT switchgears / LT Panel / Pole / VCB / Transformer to a distance not more than 5 kms from power house / substation / any place and connecting incl. casting of suitable PCC foundation etc as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Nature /Type of item shifted shall be entered in MB)

Attending breakdown attributable to cable faults or any of the connected transmission system & rectifying it in cable transmission line network upto end connections or any of electrical item connected therein during any hours of a day after receiving communication through Complaint Section / Concerned JE / Engr-in-charge either through teleponic call, text message, email or through messanger 24x7 hrs. Note:- The occurance of fault if any, will be communicated to the contractor and the contractor shall rectify the same within 02 hrs of reporting, failing to which a recovery @ Rs 500/= per complaint per day and maximum of Rs. 10,000 /= per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment.

S & F in replacement of aluminium bus bar as per existing size, type and suitable for LT panel 415 Volt including insulator, taping / sleeving of bus bar and all accessories including nut, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core laid in trenches/duct/pole/wall etc. incl. suitable size lugs ,thimbles, glands, GI Nuts and bolts, washers, insulation tape etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells / Grandlay / Polycab / Gloster as approved by GE.

All as per Item No. 45 above but of size 16 sqmm 2/4 core.

Excavation in trenches by mechanical means, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable for soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm apart for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry Ganga Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose)

M & L for well burnt brick sub class B old size laying in trenches for cable protection with wight equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
