Labour charges for replacement of valves, pipes, stubs, bends and Reducers by Non IBR welding works. Replacing the defective drain line valves or equivalent in Heater drip, condenser air, Auxiliary steam, and drain water lines etc by Non IBR welder.
Cutting and Welding of GLV 1"/1500/ 2500 class valves or equivalent joints by IBR Welder. Charges for cutting the defective 1" valve or equivalent 2 Nos 1" joints in drain / vent line, grinding and welding the new valve in the line by IBR welder.
Replacing the defective drain line valves or equivalent in Cooling water lines and ACW lines by Non IBR welder. (ERW pipe, reducer & bends) Rate for Two number Non IBR cutting and welding.
Gasket renewing for 250/300/350 mm valve, This work involves Removing the valve from line, Cleaning the flange surface on both sides, Preparation of gaskets for both ends, positioning the valve in the Line with gaskets and tightening the flange bolts & nuts. (Tag No: Deaerator Pressure Control Valve-1No - Total= 1 No)
Transportation of valve from central store to site Transporting the valve and pipes from central store to Unit-II repair bay and repair bay to Unit-III/ 4.5 Mtr (work spot)
