Construction & completion of left over work of building in double storey for single living accomodation for 13 Havs, 40 ORs and Dinning hall, cook house for 53 Hav/OR ( Single Storey) including sanitary annex block, connecting passage etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings. SCHEDULE PART - V (B) (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

M & L for provision of pole earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600mm x 6mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate burried vertically at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanized steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized steel earth lead wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade protection pipe starting from top edge of earthplate and upto 2.40 metre height from G.L along the pole fixed by means of and including 25 x 3mm M S F I clamps, bolts, nuts washers etc, then, GI earth lead wire to be fixed bare along the pole and connected to O/H continuous earth wire, looped to gang operated air break switch on pole , with provision of a mixture of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata, complete all as specified and directed and shown on electrical plate No 5 of SSR-91 (Part I) Note : (i) These earthings shall be provided for H.T 2 pole / 4 pole structure GOD & LT poles and shall be without provision of PCC earth pit and watering arrangement. (RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTS)

Taking down carefully existing bitumenous membrane/tarfelt treatment any description and cleaning and making good damaged surface in 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3, where ever required to make surface ready to receive fresh water proofing treatment on roof and flashing and junctions of parapet, kerb, wall etc. and removing rubbish out of defence land.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in steps, parapets and copings, kneelers, bases for water tanks, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary formwork.

M & L for Waterproofing treatment to roof including flashing and junctions of parapet, kerb, wall etc. as under:- (a) Applying bituminous primer on cleaned and dried surface @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm. (b) Laying on primed surface by thermo fusion (torch application) 3mm thick APP based polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (not less than 160 gms/sqm). (d) Painting the exposed APP membrane surface with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm.

S & F Vitreous China water closet squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including provision of lime concrete bedding fixed in repairs.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises .

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 350x250x7mm thick in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match, laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 as in backing coat on fair surfaces of brick wall.

M & L for Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for repair of hair line crack developed in wall and ceilling surface by racking the cracks and filling the crack by grouting the chemical paintex-4 and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer.

M& L for two coats of cement based paint on walls including preperation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots; removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc. by filling with putty.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including smooth finish without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for special treatment to sunken portion with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 by using Ditachment DM 1% by weight of cement and surface made smooth after curing period, two coats of Ditachment DS shall be applied @2.50 Kg/Sqm. The paste like consistancy is made by using 2.5 Kg of Ditachment DS powder in one litre of admixture (The admixture is made by dissolving 1 part by volume of Nafufill SBR & 4 part by volume of water). After 7 days curing, testing shall be done to flooring for 72 hours. Finally protective plaster coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 shall done by using Putz Ditachment 1% by weight of cement over layer of Detachment DS. All joints of CI Pipe, Nahani trap, WC connection etc. shall be filled by mixture of cement, fine sand and 10% Nafufill SBR by weight of cement 32mm dia 450mm long GI Spout light grade shall be provided in all sunken slabs to drain off water
