Removing of old unserviceable back seat of chair and supply & fixing new back seat made of Ist class hard wood shisham, well seasoned, duly canned in godrej pattern with plastic cane and to be fixed with tubular frame with appropriate size of bolts, nuts and washers including painting the wooden frame with synthetic enamel black paint Ist quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable arms rest and supply & fixing new arm rest made of Ist class hard wood shisham, well seasoned, including smoothing of external surface with sand paper and painting with synthetic enamel black paint Ist quality , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable M.S flat iron and supply & fixing MS flat iron of size 490mmx 20mm x 3mm and to be welded with frame under the bottom seat complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable PVC shoe and supply & fixing new PVC shoe to be fixed with appropriate size of bolts/screws with frame under the bottom of chairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for painting to steel frame complete with a coat of synthetic enamel paint (Olive green) including removing rusts/cracks in the old paint and derusting minor rust spout complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable shoe and providing of new PVC shoe of approved quality to the leg of chair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for painting to steel frame complete with a coat of synthetic enamel paint (Olive green) including removing rusts/ cracks in the old paint and derusting minor rust spout complete all as specified and directed.

(F) TABLE OFFICE OFFICERS STEEL (FD-84(M), FD-1003) Removing of unserviceable stiffner & supply & welding new stiffner made of 32mm Square MS tube (conduit) of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet complete all as specified shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable stiffner and supply and welding new stiffner made of 25mm Square MS tube (conduit) of 1.6mm thick MS sheet of approved manufacturer complete all as specified, shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable drawer and supply & fixing new drawer to the table made out of PBI sheet 22 SWG accordingly to the size, shape as shown on drawing including a coat of red oxide primer complete all complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA/SAIL/IISCO

Removing of old unserviceable lock of table office and supply and fixing of new lock as approved by GE all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make : Godrej, Link, Harison)

Removing of old unserviceable top of table and supply and fixing of new top made of 19mm thick commercial blcok board duly covered with plastic laminated sheet 0.8mm thick of natural teak shade and shisham wood edging 4mm x 19mm shall be fixed around the table top duly smoothed and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surface by removing the scratches etc Material and labour painting the table with paint synthetic enamel olive green on both side internal/ external complete all as specified & shown on drawing.

(K) TABLE OFFICE CLERK (FD-84(M), FD-1003) Removing the unserviceable stiffner and supply & welding new stiffner made 32mm Square MS tube (Conduit) of 1.6mm thick MS sheet of approved manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 18 here-in-before but Stiffener made out of 25mm Square MS tube (Conduit).

Removing old unserviceable top of table and supply & fixing of new top made of 19mm thick commercial block board duly covered with plastic laminated sheet 0.8mm thick of natural teak shade and shisham wood edging 4mm X 19mm shall be fixed around the table top duly smoothed and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable shutter of locker steel and supply & fixing of new shutter made out of PBI sheet 1 mm thick to be welded with hinges including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable hasp and staple and supply & fixing of new hasp & staple aluminium anodized 100mm for steel lockers complete all as specified, shown on drawings complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable bow handle and supply & fixing of bow handle mild steel stove enamelled black pressed handles 125mm for steel lockers complete all as specified, shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable hanging rod and supply & fixing of new aluminium hanging rod of standard size for steel locker complete all as specified, shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable hinges and supplying and fixing of new hinges medium weight, mild steel size 75mm to be welded to steel locker complete all as specified, shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour spraying one coat of olive green paint synthetic enamelled on inside and outside of steel lockers including removal cuts/cracks and de-rusting minor rust, cuts of locker steel complete all as specified and directed.

(L) ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE WITH SHELVES (FD-67/243) Removing the unserviceable leg and supply and fixing new leg made out of PBI sheet 1mm thick to be welded continuously including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable shutter of Almirah steel large and supply & fixing new shutter made out of PBI sheet 1 mm thick to be welded with hinges including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable lock of Almirah steel large and supply & fixing new lock as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Make: HARISON/GODREJ/LINK

(M) ALMIRAH STEEL MEDIUM SMALL WITH SHELVES (FD-67/243) Removing the unserviceable/ leg of Almirah steel medium and supply & fixing new leg made out of PBI sheet 1mm thick to be welded continuously including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable lock and supply and fixing new lock of Make HARISON/GODREJ/LINK as approved GE complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable shutter of Almirah steel medium and supply & fixing new shutter made out of PBI sheet 1mm thick to be welded with hinges including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable handle of Almirah steel medium and supply & fixing new handle C.P. brass as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable shelve of Almirah steel medium and supply & fixing new shelve made out of PBI sheet 1mm thick including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Spraying one coat of olive green paint synthetic enamelled inside and outside of Almirah steel medium including removal cuts/cracks and de-rusting minor rust cuts of Almirah steel complete all as specified and directed.

(N) TABLE 900X600X760 MM STEEL WITH DRAWER (FD-1008) Removing the unserviceable top of the table and S&F new top made out of prelaminated melamine faced particle board 18mm thich natural teak shade (esterior grade) conforming to ISI provide with edging 4mm x 19mm shall be fixed around the table top duly smoothed and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable leg/stiffner and S&F new legs/ stiffener out of 25mm sq tube 1.6 mm thich and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable lock of the table and S&F new locks of make Godrej/ Link/ HARISON complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of table with drawer with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to broken drawer complete all as directed and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for welding to the table where reqd and exc 2.5cm each complete all as specified and directed.

(P) TABLE 900X900X760 MM STEEL (FD-1009) Removing the unserviceable top of the table and S&F new top made out of prelaminated melamine faced particle board 18mm thich natural teak shade (esterior grade) conforming to ISI provide with edging 4mm x 19mm shall be fixed around the table top duly smoothed and polished complete all as specified and directed. Reweaving of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) Reweaving of charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar of approved quality white/light colour/shade shall be off size 50 to 55mm wide, each band shall be closely woven, butting to adjacent band and bands shall not be less than 14/34 and weight of nylon newer shall also be not less than 1.50 Kgs. Weaving shall be carried out in both sides on top and bottom as directed. Work shall be carried out in furniture yard of BSO Kapurthala. (Recycled nylon newer shall not be incorporated in work). Removing of old unserviceable long rail from the existing GI charpoy frame and supplying & fixing new long rail of size 1980mm long made out of 32mm dia, GI pipe medium grade after threading both ends complete all as specified and directed. Removing of old unserviceable short rail from the existing GI charpoy frame and supplying & fixing short rail of size 900mm long made out of GI pipe retrieved from long rail obtained against srl item No 70 here-in-before, after cutting and threading both ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable leg from the existing GI charpoy frame and fixing of leg size 440mm long made out of GI pipe retrieved from long rail obtained against Srl item No 71 here-in-befor after cutting and threading complete all as specified including supply & welding FI clamps 25mmX 3mm for holding the MNF frame & painted black over a coat of red oxide as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable elbow from the existing GI charpoy frame & supply and fixing new elbow 3 way suitable for GI charopoy 32mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nut and supplying & fixing new check nut GI 32mm dia medium grade to the frame of charpoy complete all as specified and directed.

Tighting of GI charpoy loose checknut, elbow, legs whereever required complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of USV Plywood top of Charpay GI Pipe (FD-220) Supply and fixing plywood BWR type BB of size 2000 mm x 900 mm x 12 mm thick The plywood and existing flat iron shall be fixed to GI pipe with new nut & bolts of size 65 mm x 6mm (three nuts & bolts on each long rail and two nuts & bolts on each short rail ). The gap between GI pipe & plywood shall be filled with plywood 3.5 mm thick 50mm wide as directed due to 3 ways elbow between the plywood and long rail & short rail. Plywood fixed for filling the gap shall be jointed to main plywood with fevicol .Each flat iron shall be fixed to plywood from bottom side with two Nos screws of suitable size and length as approval by GE by drilling holes in flat iron complete all as specified. The exposed surfaces of flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable plywood complete. Plywood shall be ISI marked and shall be of Make - Duraply / Kotply / Century / Greenply /Archid/Novpan/Bhutan/Mysore/ Chip Board.
