M & L for Dismantling of compressor of central AC plant (180 TR) for overhauling complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism & pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder,disconnecting of electric motor of compressor ,refrigerant line , gauges pipe , & connecting accessories and carry out the over hauling of compressor for both A & B circuit, compressor model:- 30HXC190A Make:- CARRIER including S & F in replacement of following parts:- a) springs b) aluminium washer packing c) main compressor screws of all types d) lath work e) cleaning chemical work f) oil supply solenoid valve g) changing of compressor oil h) oil pump sensor i) changing the suction filter j) oil filter k) suction & economizer screens l) oil separater m) oil pumps n) motor cooling valves o) motor temp sensors ( termisters 02 types) p) HP sensor with Probe q) LP sensor with Probe r) loading and unloading mechanism s) oil recovery system t) Replacing the defective parts compete system for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system.

The job include the following work:- (i) Labour charge for removing the defective compressor from system. (ii) Loading and unloading, to & fro transfortation of compressor from site to work shop & back to site. (iii) Dismantling of defective screw compressor at workshop including removing the termination lead connections, taking out of all parts,replacements of defectiveparts & assembling & testing the same. (iv) pisitioning the duly repaired compressor on the base of chiller. (v) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (vi) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (vii) Charging of complete system with R - 134A gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi.... (viii) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit for performance checking and maintaining temp. as per require site. (ix) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion.

Note 01: Contractor should arrange necessary T & P and manpower to take out unserviceable part of plant and transporting the same to worshop for overhauling and re fixing the same at existing position after overhauling all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. The Quoted rates inclusive all and no extra co host admissible in this regard Note 02 : contractor should arrange necessary vehicle from factory inspection by AGE E/M and JE E/M for this dismentalized AC parts and after completing of overhauling. So for two times during for overhauling of complete engine in workshop vehicle will arrange and rate of that inclusive in quoted rate. Note 03: Contractor should make necessary arrangement of testing of the complete set 100% load condition and testing can be carried out 06 hours period.Gas , Compressor oil and other required if any for making it RUN will be responsibility of contractor and rate quoted by contract contractor will be inclusive of all. 04:- Job card will be maintained after repaired by OEM and will be produced for tech check while making payment to contractor.

Attending of complaint/ any breakdown in AC plant and connected assessories in 2-4 hours of intimation by JE/ AGE E/M in CGDA complex for carrier AC plant 3X 180 TR Motol : 30HXC190A and make them functional, if any item required the same shall be measured from particular item from schedule for complete contract. Note 01:- If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. Note 01: - If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. Note 02 : If contractor failer to attend complaint with in time frame, the recovery of Rs2000/ Hrs will be implemented 03:- Job card will be maintained after repaired by OEM and will be produced for tech check while making payment to contractor.

Dismantling of existing corrorded & rusted cooling coil of AHU from inside of AHU including connected items and then S&F in repair cooling coil 1/2" GI coil casing copper tubing 1/2" outer dai, thickness of tube 0.41 mm,MS Header, 0.15mm and Aluminium Fins, space of fins per inch (FPI) 11-12, CWC Coil, CFM -26000, Fins height-925.5mm, Fins Length -2537mm, Make Zeco / Athalete along with connected fixing brackets etc with complete as per specified& directed by Eng-in-Charge with refixing the above said dismantled parts and perform testing & commissioning the working as directed.
