Demolition of existing roof padding including roof treatment complete carefully by cutting, chiselling etc cleaning the surfaces by scrapping, booming brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 100m all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and M&L for applying roof treatment as under :- (i) Providing 10mm thick (average) rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacture's instruction (to be measured separately as supply only) for levelling to a true surface and to receive new roof treatment complete. (ii) Providing coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete in horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken floor. (iii) Providing coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer surfaces alongwith aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over the APP. (iv) Providing a layer of APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 4mm thick reinforced with polyester non wooven fabrix (weighing not less than 150 gm/ Sqm) laid by torch application method, side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's insructions and provided upto a height o 60cm in the parapets and inserted inside the parapets by cutting a groove and finished by membrane flashing complete all as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness in roof covering all as specified.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including washers complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall or Eaves board, fixed with self tapping screws including washers complete all as specified.

Refixing only Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including washers complete all as specified.

Supply and fix hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work onforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Material and labour for demolition of PCC including WC and removal from sunken floor, cleaning top of the RCC slab and peripherial beams, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1.3 with LWPC as per manufacturer instruction without using extra cement with directed slop and allowed to dry, application of two coats of apoxi resin (1/8 inches over all thickness in two layers) as directed, placing of GI spout of 25 mm dia and projected 300 mm apart from outer wall surface, flooding test for 72 hrs on dried surfacet, after passing the test by Engr-in-Charge, filling the sunken floor with lean concrete 1:3:6 using cinder up to required depth but sorrounding of WC pan will be filled with lime concrete and finished the surface using 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 finished the surface even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed Note: Props to be placed on the bottom of the sunken slab before starting the work
