M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subase finished to receive floor treatment etc complete all as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with 30mm thick sand cushioning with proper compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator including filling the joints with sand including demolition of old slabs and tiles complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 completed all as specified and directed.

S & F steel windows with side hung shutters glazed shutter including both side openable (out side glazed window and inside fly proof window) including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars and 12 mm square bar or round bar of approved design welded to steel window frame dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed . Note: Guard bar or square bar shall be measure and paid separately.

S & F 3.00mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm dia, 450mm long, SWG 'O' high tensile spring, thickness not less than 6mm size conforming to relevent IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ball bearing No. 6213/6214 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: To be executed for provision of ridges and hips.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement designer Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in path / paving / hard standing / floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed
