Excavating in trenches, nexc 1.5 m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc or nexc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft & loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but exc 1.5m but nexc 3.0m in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all specified and as directed.

M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns and sililar work, rough finished flat surfaces complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Design mix (20mm graded aggregates) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls ballast walls and like , any thickness above top of footings, including attached pillasters and buttresses etc all specified and directed

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapetss and staircse railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttressses etc vertical or to batter with fair finished flat surfaces complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent for shape required incluidng cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and biding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less tha 0.9mm dia complete all specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 9 here-in-before but but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B; bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in walls any thickness, size or upto 60 cm in height including suitable formwork, copings kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coats of white washing on newly plastered surfaces including prepartion of surfadces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 50m but nexc 250m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5m above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Surface excavation nexc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bringing approved earth from outside MD land and forming embankment including raising earth, spreading in layers nexc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling using power roller minimum 8 to 12 ton and finished to required gradient, size and shape etc not exceeding 1.50 mtr from the base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Payment shall be made for solid quantity (compacted thickness).

M&L for laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as per Table 400-1 of MoRTH, IRC specifictaions, over compacted subgrade with stone aggregate of specified grading spreading, watering, ramming/rolling and consolidated to required gradient and camber using power roller minimum 8 to 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over GSB layer as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) as per table 400-II of MoRTH, IRC specification with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading spreading, rolling and consolidating using power roller minimum 8 to 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) 200mm thick of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre as per design mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints for full depth of PQC (200mm depth) with closed cell, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint 65mm deep 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming construction joint 30mm deep 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete all as specified and as directed.
