Taking down, strip opening, cleaning all parts and packing of ceiling fan of any make and size and greasing ball bearing with specified quality grease, broken canopy sets, rubber reel, connector block, capacitors,fan blades etc and reassembling the ceiling fan as a one unit complete all as specified and as directed Notes:- (a) Spares/accessories required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective item of BoQ. (b) T&P required for repair/ maintenance such as spaners, manpower etc, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Notes:- (a) Spares/accessories required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective item of BoQ. (b) T&P required for repair/ maintenance such as spaners, manpower etc, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down from site or collecting from E/M yard, unserviceable ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep any make with blades, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil/diesel/terpentine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and guage and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper paper insulation (cuff/strip) replacing unserviceable providing paper insulation replacing unserviceable/missing spare parts, repacement of suitable ball bearing, 2.5 mfd capacitors, painting with super enamelled heat resistance synthetic white paint and writing the MES number with black paint etc and fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reasembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiceless running and depositing in E/M Yard and hanging at site in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully water Geyser of 25/50 ltrs capacity by unscrewing nuts bolts, water inlet/outlet pipes etc complete including refixing in position after repairs like change of geyser element, themostat, inlet and outlet pipes,16 Amp plug top, replacement of burnt wire, safety valve, non return valve, inner and outer tank, sloving geyser leakage problems etc. including making connection to the water inlet, outlet pipe, electric connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for prepairing old painted surfaces by scraping and rubbing of old painted surface of 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers complete with and including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (white) paint using spray gun complete, proper drying and writing MES number all as specified and as directed.
