Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of test link box consisting of 37 X 6 mm., heavily hot dipped GI test link, 25 X 8mm. GI nut bolts & washers, suitable enclosure made of 2mm thick MS CRCA sheet with GI fixing screws/anchor fasteners etc., complete all as per STD drawing CSG/EM/STD -26 , specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of copper lightning Arrester in the roof of the building with interconnection etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 6 mm heavily hot dipped GI earth strip for roofs / down conductors fixed on roof/wall/slab/ column with 5mm.thick GI spacers fixed with no. 10 GI wood screws & 2 mm thick GI saddles with GI machine screws, interconnection of earth strip with welded joints and GI nut bolts & washer painting with two coats of metallic paint, etc. instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning 32 X 6mm heavily hot dipped GI earth strip for ground conductors fixed with no.10 GI wood screws & 1-2 mm thick GI saddles with G.I machine screws or in ground at 500mm below including excavation in all types of soil/rock with protective backed bricks, temporary reinstatement & back filling of trench, interconnection of earth strip with welded joints and GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of metallic Aluminium paint for above ground portion & painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground etc. all as per drawing, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply installation testing and comissioning of Maintenance free chemical earthing : trode -The Electrode will be a solid steel rod (Copper Cladded Earth Electrode) of 17mm Dia and min 3 mtr length. The thickness of the copper coating will be 250 microns and uniform with tolerance level of 0.1 micron Earth electrode will carry UL Marking and pragati name engraved on each electrode. Earth electrodes will be visually inspected and checked for diamention and length before installation. Electrodes should not get physically crack or depleted in case of bending. (Including excavation and filling of material with the back field compound/Bentonite powder etc.) The electrode to be used to be tested and approved by CPRI Back fill Compound:- The Earth enhancenment material (backfill material ) - Back filled compound must have cmpostion of Carbon, silica,chloride, calcium, tin, Mg, Lead, PBB, PBDE etc.as per the ISO standard,IEC 62561-7 and ISO certified by Govt. of India and "LOHM" compound may be used if ISO certified. (Quantity : As required) . The chamber cover & frame shall be hinged type & it shall be got approved by department.The value of earth resistance and date of measurement shoud be written on the chamber cover with paint.
