Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of multimedia pre-treatment filter of size 900mm dia x 1800 mm height (standard dimension 3672 size matching with softner footprint). Made up of FRP /filament wound with epoxy resin with pressure 6.0 Bar and hydro test 9.0 Bar, top bell mouth distributer (PVC) , bottom hub and lateral collecter plate with PP high flowsand strainer filter media having multi-layer depth filtration. Layer - Antracite /fine quartz sand of size 0.8 mm - 1.2 mm Layer 2 - Fine silica sand of size 0.8mm - 1.2 mm Layer 3 - Base layer graded washed sil ex and garnet pebbles of size 2.0mm-10mm with uPVC/CPVC piping dia 50mm including pressure guage and water sampling cockcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of smaller double or triple unit system including back washing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

S&F chlorine dosing system for 500 LPH including pump, storage tank and all type of connecting accessories and flow meter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 5000 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and each tank consisting of 02 No 50mm metal GV along with piping connections complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed. (For Alum tank -2 Nos & treated water tank -4 Nos)

S&F pumping sets, centrifugal, electrical driven, three phase, energy efficient Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Squirrel Cage motors 5 HP self priming coupled pumpsets of size 80 x 80 mm (enclosure confirming to protection IP55 as per IS:4691-1968) SS impeller, gland packing sealing, C-40 shaft, GM shaft sleeve, horizontal foot mounted induction motors, continuously rated suitable for operation on 415+/-10%, 50 Hz+/-5%, A.C. supply with class 'F' insulation for 50 deg C ambient temperature and altitiude less than 1000M above MSL and confirming to IS 325:1996 & IS 12615:2011 Head not less than 30m and flow rate LPM 500 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DOL starters of capacity up to 5 HP for pump sets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing of framed stages including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 3-layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes of 50mm outer dia SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stablized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
