Providing services for operation and maint of Fire fighting pump houses along with disel driven pumps ,electrical panel board (starters) including their periodical maintenance, repairs, by employing one shift per day with one operator (FGM) per shift for 08 hrs from 0900 hrs to1700 hrs complete all as specified and as directed consisting of the following details of the pumps,diesel driven pumps, a)Logistics Fire fighting pump house 1.Diesel Engine Driven of capacity 85 HP, 35m Head, 27lps 2.Electric driven Main pumpset of capacity 40 HP, 80m Head, 138.8lps 3.Electric driven Jockey pumpset of capacity 7.5 HP, 35m Head, 138.8lps b)LM 2500 Fire fighting pump house 1.Diesel Engine Driven of capacity 10.3 KW, 30m Head,54 cum/hr 2.Electric driven Main pumpset of capacity 10 HP, 34.5m Head, 14 lps 3.Electric driven Jockey pumpset of capacity 5 HP, 30m Head, 7 lps Electrical control panel board with starter, switches, MCB,NRVs, sluice valves etc and including cleaining of the eqpt, checking of starting battery for proper charge, checking of electrical panel for proper functioning opening the diesel tank for filling in diesel, collection of diesel as and when reqd from MT Section of AGE E/M yard, transporting to site, operate the DG set as reqd by user when main supply fails, switch off DG supply after main supply resumes, properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- DHPP shall be issued under Sch 'B' free of cost.

Providing services for operation of Diesel engine generating sets for streetlight operation and maintenance of following capacities (3 operators per day) 1)DG Set,25 KVA,MAIN GATE 2)DG Set,5 KVA,FIRING RANGE 3)DG Set,125 KVA,NCN 4)DG Set,5 KVA,OTC GATE 5)DG Set,10 KVA,16 LT CDR 6)DG Set,62.5 KVA& Perimeter light 62.5 KVA ,773 SU AFS for three shift per day with one operator (FGM)per shift for 08 hrs from 0600 to 1400, 1400 hrs 2200 hrs and 2200hrs to 0600 hrs (including Sunday's & Holiday's) also including cleaining of the eqpt, checking of starting battery for proper charge, checking of electrical panel for proper functioning opening the diesel tank for filling in diesel, collection of diesel as and when reqd from MT Section of AGE E/M yard, transporting to site, operate the DG set as reqd by user when main supply fails, switch off DG supply after main supply resumes, properly lock and unlock plant run safely and operate sewage pump sets complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for operation of electric driven pump sets including its periodical maintenance in three shift per day with one operator (FGM)per shift for 08 hrs from 0600 to 1400, 1400 hrs 2200 hrs and 2200hrs to 0600 hrs for the following type / capacity of pump sets along with the DG set .all as specified & all as per details given in particular specifications.The operator has to check the semi UG sump for filling up regularly by opening the inlet valves and needs to check the pumpset for proper operation. He has to maintain the pump house inside and outside the premises neat and clean. After turning on the pump, the operator need to check the pumping line whether water is being properly pumped or not and if found any leakages he has to inform concerned JE as soon as possible for early rectification of the issue. TROPO Pump House. 1.Centrifugal Multistage Pump sets - 02 No's-50HP,9lps,210 mtr head.with suitable induction motor 2900 RPM . 2.Diesel engine generating set, 62.5 KVA capacity including cleaining of the eqpt, checking of starting battery for proper charge, checking of electrical panel for proper functioning opening the diesel tank for filling in diesel, collection of diesel as and when reqd from MT Section of AGE E/M yard, transporting to site, operate the DG set as reqd by user when main supply fails, switch off DG supply after main supply resumes, properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- DHPP shall be issued under Sch 'B' free of cost.

Providing services for operation and maintenance of Package type AC plant of capacity 10 x 2 TR at NCN AC plant in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) (including Sundays and Holidays) with one operator(REF MECH) checking the proper operation of compressor,condensor ,AHU with desired temperatures and properly lock unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for operation and maintenance of Package type AC plant of capacity 10 x 2 TR at NFS NODE Air Force Station, AC plant in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) (including Sundays and Holidays) with one operator(REF MECH) checking the proper operation of compressor,condensor ,AHU with desired temperatures and properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No 1 to 5 1. Contractor should provide safety shoes,one pair of uniform,helmet,safety glasses,travelling charges &safety gloves etc for each working operator 2. Contractor should provide torch light,grass cutting blade,01 No .axe,first aid box etc for each plant. 3. The Employed labours are wholely responsible for area cleaning i.e grass removing, complete cleaining of plant rooms and other task given by JE/Engr In Charge.

Supply and lay on PCC pillars or on any position MS pipe 150 mm dia (heavy duty), Apply two coats with black paint over one coat of red oxide primer externally on the pipe line complete including taking down old U/S pipe, testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
