Repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth & making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm & putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings. 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm but n exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surface by brushing with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Material and labour for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kgs per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% of bitumen contents laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tone power roller (consolidated thickness up to 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms, finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as direted.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminius primer at 5Kg/10Sqm with paving bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechnical paver and 8 to 12 tone power roller complete to a uniform surfure, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Paintinting lines on roads with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint, not exc 10 cm width confirming to MORTH specifications mechanically applied to form 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick film on road including cleaaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dustoil grease and moisture free surface before applying the paint etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Paintinting/marking lines/side lines/zebra lines etc on roads with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint, exc 10 cm width confirming to MORTH specifications mechanically applied to form 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick film on road including cleaaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dustoil grease and moisture free surface before applying the paint etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ABS body Cat eyes of size 100 x 100 x 20 mm of 3M model no 290 series from Sum/Road star/ sinor/Green light confirming to ASTM Std fixed with epoxy compound/nails/clamps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs delinators DA 952 -GP of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 50 or 65 mm diadia reflective reflectors in white/yellow combination and mounted on Ms pipe of 50 mm dia powder coated antirusted thefted sheet net, including fixing with concrete block in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed.
