Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick walls and concrete surface and the like including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder, formwork etc and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a thin layer of wall care putty including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 15 mm thick on concrete or dubbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & fair without using extra cement over chicken wire mesh 1.40mm dia of size 20mm and including dubbing out average 15mm thick in 1:4 CM on irregular face of walls, fascia, fins, parapet, soffits of chhajjas etc and similar likes at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formwork up to height of 10m and including taking down cement plaster and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for First quality Non-skid/matt finish Ceramic coloured tiles jointless, 7-8 mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm) laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) and including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5Km complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for First quality Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement of required shape and size as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cementmortar bedding and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5Km complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for First quality Dark shade/double charged / ultracharded vitrified ceramic tiles 10mmthick (Square /rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but exceeding 1.00 sqm , in floors etc set and jointed in neat cemen slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matach and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) and including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5Km complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free with puncture having minimum weight 390 gm Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong , dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate3 of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fiber of 12-18mm length, specific, gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15 - 40micron, minimum melting temperature as 240° C minimum tensile strength of 300Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacture. PQC laid , spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5m width, including curing and tinning by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC : 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 25mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be dry , vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. The joint shall filled with pre-molded 25mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coat of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant . Placing of closed sell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup road of 30mm dia , over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-1487-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10yrs performance guarantee applying masked tape and the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic paint conforming to IS: 164-1981 (First Revision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters ( 250 gms) 2mm to 2.5mm thick and 10cm/15cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road marking machine) including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Colour should be approved by GE.

M & L for repair to damage broken cement concrete edges between two adjacent slabs and pot holes of taxi/runway/dispersal by cutting (square/rectangular shape) of any depth with cutter or chisel, cleaning surfaces and removing of loose material and dust by blowers and disposing off rubbish out of MoD land and applying one coat of epoxy resin primer and filling with elastomeric concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Dispatch of choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd or equivalent in SIKA, BASF, Fosroc Note : During repair the disturbed joints of slab shall be made good to full depth as required with sealing compound grade "B" ISI marked without any extra cost and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work subclass "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel /cement surfaces of existing treatment from plain /corrugated/semi corugated steel surfaces over 10cm width.girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in comouflage patter using number of colours) up to 15 mtr height including nesesary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. M & L for excavation/desludging /desilting as in liquid /dry foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.50m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs.grass from side of drain including reoving esisting RCC cover slabe of any size and thickness and resetting in hte same position and removing the sludge out the defecnce landin covered container complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clean the shrubs and grass of aprons and and removing the sludge out the defecnce landin covered container complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix repair of vitreous china one piece EWC standard size white/ivory colour, wall haning and floor mounted with dual flushing cistern white/ivory including "P" or "S" trap, fixed as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous China premium/1st quality wash down water closet wall hung EWC white/ivory/off whte (Closed patern including all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etcpan (pedestal pattern), white (exluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including white seat cover fixed with mild steel chromium plated hinging devices, flushing jet spray & CI P or S trap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China wash down water closet (squatt pan) orissa squatting pattern pan of size 580mm x440mm white with integral foot rests etc including P or S trap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level 10 lit capacity, white, with inlet, ball valve, float,handle including PVC Bend or pipe and brackets.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous China wash basin, oval /table top type counter top size 600 x480mm exluding taps, but including MS brackets, 32mm dia CP waste coupling & PVC pipe of suitable length.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm bore CP fancy type wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water cast copper alloy with capstan handle, screwed down for iron pipe and fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm long PVC connection 600mm long with PTMT nuts and rubber washer standard all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Stop valves, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, and fixed in repair suitable for 20 mm bore tubes, complete all as specified and directed .
