Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 2.00 here-in-before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 1.00 here-in-above) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for non skid, joint free first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for double charged Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick First quality (square/ rectagular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 23.00 here-in-before but as in skirting including necessary cutting as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of boarding, any description, fixed in any position, fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of pressed steel frame for doors with single rebates of size 125 x 60 mm made with steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness in and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike including filling of cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 in frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iii) Aluminium doors window/ ventilators to be fixed to jambs with cadmium plate screws. (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of neoprene beadings, handles, hinges, screws etc. weight of fittings/ fixtures will not be measured for ariving the weight of aluminium section. (v) Glass panes and panels shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.
