Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty-first day of march of Succeeding year (both days inclusive).

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal

All items in the tender are including all lead and lifts, loading &unloading charges etc complete.,and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Royalty charges will be deducted in every bill of contract as per rules

The tenderers are requested to abide instructions conditions contained in the Bid Documents and further orders thereon

The percentage quoted should be include cost of Royalty charges on constructive materials & other taxes as per the rates prevailing Government orders at the time of execution and including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, loading and unloading with all leads and lifts, labour,hire charges of machinery & equipment etc., complete and all incidental charges. All the items shall be executed as directed by the Engineer-in charge of work.

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certification/ information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

Percentage (plus or minus) shall be quoted by the Tenderer for the said work.

The estimated amount put to tender for the work is exclusive of GST. The contractor should bid based on the estimated amount put to tender. (excluding GST but including all other charges as applicable) GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately As par Government orders. Further the increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time as per PWD SR provisions

Past Experience

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, & 2025-26 Achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turnover(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 405.70 Lakhs usually not less than 2 times the estimated annual payments under this contract) Calculated as per Govt circular PWD.60.CRM.2021 Dated.08/11/2021) and updated to the financial year in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the Financial year in which the tenders are invited.Audited profit and loss statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copies of IT returns filed for the two years indicated above and shall bear the UDI number shall be furnished.
