PROVISIONING OF TENNIS COURT AT ICGS KARAIKAL UNDER GE (I) (CG) CHENNAI.

Provision of synthetic acrylic sports flooring 08 layers for outdoor tennis court including preparation of compacted surface at ICGS Karaikal complete all as specified and as directed.

SPECIFICATION: ASPHALT BASE: Dressing: Dressing the surface to perfect slope of 1” for every 10’ on shorter axis. COMPACTION: Compaction of Sub-Base with 8-10 tonne roller spraying Anti Weedicide: Carryout anti weedicide on the total area by applying chemicals and spraying. WET MIX MACADAM : 100mm Providing and laying of compacted 100mm thickness of WMM in one layer as per specifications and drying up and cleaning the surface. BITUMINOUS MACADAM (Bitumen @2.5% by weight) Laying a 30mm compacted thick hot Mix asphalt BM course with Bitumen grade 80/100. ASPHALTIC CONCRETE (Bitumen @3% by weight) Laying a 20mm compacted thick hot Mix AC course with Bitumen grade 80/100. Seal dust [optional] Seal dust to be spread to cover all the voids if necessary.

8 LAYERS ACRYLIC SYSTEMS FOR VOLLEYBALL COURT: SUPPLY AND APPLY OF SPORTS KOTE T-50 MAKE ALL WEATHER PROOF ACRYLIC SYNTHETIC EIGHT LAYERS FLOORING SYSTEM FOR VOLLEYBALL COURT. (CLASSIFIED BY INTERNATIONAL TENNIS FEDERATION): After grinding and cleaning applying, (i) Primer course: Providing and laying one layer of primer (ii) Filler Course: -Providing and laying two layers of acrylic resurfacer (iii) Cushion Course:-Providing and laying three layer of cushion coat (iv) Top Color Coat: -Providing and laying two layer of top colour coatings Game Line Marking: - Providing and laying multiple game line marking as per standard. Each layer shall be stage passed by Engineer in charge

S & F Tennis poles made of MS square pipe 4"x4" of height as per standard 1.07m ,painted with two coat of synthetic enamel with primer as per international standards complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc. 1.5 m depth for foundation etc, not exceeding. 10 sqm in plan and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25 cm thick with soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding. 1.5m complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in cement mortar 1:6 with old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.
