(8 Hrs of Normal Working) MANDAYS FOR SR NO 14.01 -14.02, 1. Bidder has to ensure due diligence to comply with statutory obligations as NIT clause of STC (Annexure-XIV) 2. Price bids will be rejected if the quoted rate is found less than the notified minimum wages for Unskilled/Skilled workers applicable as on 01.04.2023 plus statutory obligation @ 32.91% of the applicable minimum wages as on 01.04.2023 to comply statutory obligations. Reference calculation for item S.No 14 (14.01-14.02) are as under: (minimum 32.91% ) (8 Hrs of Normal Working) (1) Minimum wages for Helper (Unskilled) = 494 + 162.58= 656.58 (2) Minimum wages for Skilled Manpower = 695 + 228.72=923.72 Quoted Rate shall not be less than minimum amount as mentioned above.

Refernce calculation included ESI @3.25% on minimum wage as on 01.04.2023 for items under S.No 15 & 17 are as under: (1) Minimum wages for Helper (Unskilled) = (494+16.06 (ESIC) /8)*2= 127.51. (2) Minimum wages for Skilled Manpower = (695+22.59 (ESIC) /8)*2= 179.40. Party shall be paid above fixed rate without any service charge as per clause 1 (ii) of STC & TC annexure-XIV.
