Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick stone or concrete walls ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling in mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except bricks (old serviceable bricks to be used) complete all as specified Note : The rate includes for cleaning of old bricks.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick works masonry or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type and description

Excavation in post holes in soft/ loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum , getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers n exc 25 cm thick , watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specified.

Mild steel work angle iron or other steel section for fencing posts and flat iron including embedding in concrete and screwing etc posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed bent to shape, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (fro securing wire mess etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc of Fe 290 Gde E-185 complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link mild steel fencing (mesh size 100 x 100mm of 10 gauge wire) complete all as specified. Note ; the weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mess size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F only 10mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel and iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified

M&L 2mm thick, fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with side lap fixed with coach screws and washer in roof & wall etc; including dismantling of any description, complete all as specified

M&L for mil steel work in tublar trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction buttwelded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St.-240 roof trusses/framing for roofing, purlins, grill/guard bars, dates etc of any section complete all as specified and directed

M & L for prepainted galvatume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as description complete all as specified and directed
