Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and various capacities of DG sets of 100KVA to 250KVA and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting defective excitor from the alternator of 250 KVA DG Set and taking out burnt out excitor to the work site for rewinding as per the existing gauge and size and refixing the same after duly repaired in alternator and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted includes complete rewinding and necessary repairs.

S & Fix Fan blade for 1.5/2 Ton capacity window/Split type ACs as per existing size/ model complete all as directed and taking out the old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down UNSV Indoor unit of Split type AC of 1.5 TR capacity any make, model and S & F new indoor uint of same capacity suitable to existing Outdoor Unit including the necessary connections and testing complete all as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to PCB of split type AC 1.5 /2.0 TR capacity including of replacement of electronic spares complete all as directed.

DEEP FREEZERs Taking out burnt / unserviceable compressor from existing Deep Freezer and S & F new sealed compressor unit including necessary welding/brazing/pressure testing with refrigerant after charging leak proof condition and testing complete for Deep freezers of any capacity. Note:- Rate quoted shall be inclusive of R-134a refrigerant gas charging, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix Over load protector complete suitable for Deep Freezer of any make/model of capacity 280/310 Ltrs including removal of old Un Serviceable, complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix Thermostate set complete for Deep Freezer of any make/model of capacity 280/310 Ltrs including removing the old unserviceable , complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix Copper capillary tube including strainer with necessary brazing, Leak Testing suitable for Deep Freezer and taking out the old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the gas system with CTC, rectification of Body leakages, M&L Charging gas with refrigerant gas incl cutting/welding/brazing and leak testing with nitrogen, testing including commissioning complete for deep freezer 280/310 ltrs capacity Note :- Gas charging will be measured separately against relevant item of this schedule.

Supply & charge refrigerant gas R-22 upto required level complete all as specified and directed(.Note- Before Gas Charging Testing of Nitorgen Pressure .)
