M)TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by department officials before used on work.

Providing suitable concrete foundation with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for 40kVA Genset to Additional building in Poolankuruchi GH
