Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out for hard and dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including Spreading and leveling with excavated earth including watering removing in layers n,exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material not exec 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exec 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n,exc30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep & getting out in hard & dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n,exc 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n,exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface broken stone complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS angle iron post & strut etc. in fencing including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The Contractor shall submit the PV.Non-submission may lead to non payment of RAR/FB.The Eng-in-Charge shall keep the PV on record.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete or for fixing of RCC/ angle post complete all as specified and directed

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line to be wire measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvenised Concertina coil (reinforced punch barbed tape single layer of 600mm dia and 75mm aperture straining (weight n. less than 1.40 kg /Rm) and fixed on Y shaped angle iron over security wall with and including necessary clip (not less than125 clip for each bundel of coil) for securing complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Unit weight shall be ascertained through BOO convened by AGE(I) Singarsi).Note: The Contractor shall submit the PV .Non-submission may lead to non payment of RAR/FB.The Eng-in-Charge shall keep the PV on record.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 12mm dia mild steel round bars dia cut to length , bent to hook at ends for fixing as line wires to chain link fencing (Fe-290(GdeE-165) complete all as specified and directed. Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing wire mesh of 100 mm x 100mm size made with 3.80mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Unit weight shall be ascertained through BOO convened by AGE(I) Singarsi).

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 100 x100 mm mesh and 3.4 mm dia wire including line wires, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: The Contractor shall submit the PV.Non-submission may lead to non payment of RAR/FB.The Eng-in-Charge shall keep the PV on record.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( 40 mm graded aggreage ) as in foundation / sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) Type A1(1:1.5:3) (using 20mm gradded stone aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) Type A1(1:1.5:3) (using 20mm gradded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing ,bases of colums, plinth beams rough finished surfaces and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to side of columns, fair finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia and confirming to grade 410-O complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No .22 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall with water proofing compond and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to beprepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Conforming to ( Fe-410W (Gde E-250) Quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform sand like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to matchwith shade of granite c complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (40mm graded aggregate) as in Path/flooring, surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.
