TENDER DOCUMENT Subject: Work for Supply, Installation, and Display of “Zero Ka Dum” Initiative Banners across BPCL LPG Showrooms, Godowns and Delivery Vehicles Ø Scope of Work The contractor shall be responsible for the following: Designing (if required), printing, and supplying banners as per BPCL-approved artwork. Use of high-quality, weather-resistant flex material suitable for outdoor conditions. Installation of banners at designated locations including: LPG Showrooms LPG Godowns Delivery Vehicles Proper fixing using suitable supports, frames, ropes, clamps, or adhesives as required. Ensuring proper alignment, visibility, and aesthetic display. Safe handling, transportation, and delivery of materials to various locations.
