Manning and operation of Aeration System for treatment of 0.50 MLD sewage water at Aeration lagoon (2 Nos) by the process of continues laminar flow inversion/ oxygenation and bio chemical per clean flo technology by employing suitable manpower for running the plant 8 hours per day (one shift) timing 0600h to 1400h for the existing 3 Nos CLEAN- FLO oil less non lubricated Teflon impregnated carbon vane 10 type air compressor housing and 9 Nos (3x3) CLEAN_FLO 12" micro- porous ceramic diffusers for releasing fine air bubbles to utilize laminar flow having minimum capacity of moving 1,20,000 gallons of water per hour from the bottom of a body of sewage water to the surface for treating of sewage water by adding/ mixing of clear flow bacteria and clear type enzyme as per manufacturer's instruction to maintain the requisite ph value - 5.5 to 9, BOD ≤30mg/l, COD ≤250mg/l, TSS ≤100 MPN/100ml or as per Punjab Pollution Control Board norms including the following:-

(a) Testing of Sewage Treated Water at the site lab for DO and others on regular basis by an expert lab technician by checking through Deluxe WS analysis kit model 191 E at site laboratory and maintaining proper records there of in log book. (b) Operation of Sluice Valve / regulation of Sewage Water into the lagoons and maintaining the sufficient distance of diffusers in the twin tank. (c) Removal of green algea deposited on top surface of the sewage water inside the lagoon on regular basis. (d) Proper maintaining of log sheet pertainig to Control Panels, Aerators and other machinery. Note :- (i) The chemiclas and enzymes / clutures for mixing in sewage water as per requirement at site shall be measured and paid extra as supply only under the relevent item of Sch 'A'/ BOQ. (ii) Replacement of worn out / unserviceable vanes, gasket, o-rings, nut ,bolt & washers , gasket, end cap belts & quite series (compressor repair kit) and filter for compressor shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this Sch ’A’/ BOQ.

Testing of treated sewage water quarterly basis (once in 3 months ) by collecting a sealed samples in the presence of JE/AGE E/M & Rep of contractor and got tested from Punjab pollution control board or its authorised testing labs as given in Sch 'A' notes for the following parameters :- (a) Ph value = 5.5 to 9. (b) COD = < 250ppm. (c) BOD = < 30ppm. (d) TSS = < 100ppm. (e) DO = < 3-5 ppm.

Supply only chemical dosing and enzymes on regular basis as per manufacturer instruction to treat the water to meet the parametrs of treated water as per item 1 here-in-before:-

Supply and fixing in repair filter for 1/2-3/4 HP vane and piston compressor 40 Micron, 2"dia x 2.75"long complete all as specified and directed. Make : CLEAN-FLO/ KASCO ROBUST/ GAST.

Supply & Repair only vanes for 1/2-3/4 HP Compressor, quiet series, set of 4 (1.5"x 2.00"x 0.1875") and 1/2-3/4 HP vane compressor repair kit, quiet series (includes vanes, gasket, O-rings, bolt gaskets and end cap felts) complete all as specified and directed. Make :CLEAN-FLO/ KASCO ROBUST/ GAST.

Supply & Repair installtion , commisioning, testing of continuous duty vane type oil less compressor of capacity 01 HP operated on single phase 230 volt , Hz, 1415 RPM of free air 10.00 CFM , @ 10 PSI, having cast iron housing, self adjusting and self lubricating vanes for maximum efficiency, fitted with 3 Nos outlet valves manifold with all the saftey features complete with following acessories:- Make :CLEAN-FLO/ KASCO ROBUST/ GAST. (a) Auto air pressure relief valve - 01 No. (b) Check valve - 01 No. (c) Dry type disposable air filter- 01 No. (d) Power cord - 01 No (e) Single phase DOL starter- 01 No. (f) Capacitor 6 mfd - 01 No.

Removing of STP lagoon's slduge/ sewage waste out of MOD land through proper tronsport and T&P / mannually as required and complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the area of sewage installations by cutting and removing jungle sturts, roots, bushes plants small trees etc and deposited to n.exc 50 mtr to 100 mtr out side installations as directed.

Pumping out sewage water from lagoons and disposing the same as directed and a distance exc 50 mtr and nexc 100 mtr (volume of water to be measured and paid) incl Hiring of pump set of required capacity.complete all as specified and as directed.

S & laying Four single core 4 sqmm and one single core 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity cable PVC insulated multi-straned copper conductor drawn through in existing metallic Conduit/GI pipe surface/concealed conduit of 25 mm dia and connection at both ends with copper legs, colour code for phase Red /Yellow/Blur for neutral Black and for earth green, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCB, TPN, 415Volt, 05- 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI pipe line 200 mm (certifugally cast) class 'K7' (ISI Mark) in any length with spigot and socket ends as per is 1536-2001 jointed with lead joints and laid in trenches or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rubber gasket joint for 200 mm dia pipe.

Sluice valve PN-1.6 (ISI marked) confirming to IS-14846-2000 with brass spindle and fly net flanged both ends and drilled for jointing, wheel head type including nuts, bolts, washes & 02 Nos rubber insertion packing etc for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI fittings of size up 200 mm bends ( any radius and angle ) Tapers any type,( straight,bend,increasing,decreasing or double socket etc)Tee pieces single branch. `Y` junction , double branch cross ( all socket or socket and spigot ) collars, caps and plugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling to existing unserviceable submersible pump motor of 12.5 HP,3 phase ,440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles& minor spare parts like as bronze bushes , gland packing etc and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 17 here-in-before but for sewage submersible motor of 7.5 HP. (i) Taking out / lowering to submersible motor & pump shall be measured and paid under item No 17 & 18 of this schedule ‘A’. (iii) Defective spare parts exccept winding wire & bronze bushes etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule ‘A’ as “supply only” under item No 20 to 29 but fixing charges shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate this item.

Disconnection & taking out to sewage submersible pump with motor of any capacity 12.5 & 7.5 HP submersible pump set for sewage system along with column pipe of any size upto 12mtr. Note :- (i) Repair / replacement of pump /motor / column pipe / rubber gasket / Nut bolt and washers shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule ‘A’. (ii) Transportation to defective motor / pump from well to work shop and vice-versa shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) The cost of T&P required for taking-out, lowering to submersible motor / pump / column pipe shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

S&F for 100mm bore steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixture fixed wall with suitable size of clamps / laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for as in repair PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable 16 Sq mm ,3 core , flat in shape suitable for submersible pump motor complete all as specified and as directed.

FASDS (fully automatic star delta starter) enclosed in sheet steel enclousure Factory made duly powder coated suit able for sewage non clog pump set as above not less then 15 HP , 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz incl provn of single phasing with CTs , Voltmeter&Ammeter with slector switch,LED Indicator,On & Trip indicator, with TP MCB 'C' curve 3 phase Short circuit protection , fixing arrangement on wall etc enclosure should be suitable to accomodate MPU as here-in-after complete all as specified . Make of starter :- C&S/ ABB/ BCH/ seimens or equaliant.

M&L for construction of check valve pit chamber of size 120 x120 x100 CM with brick masonary including 6.00 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed with angle iron frame 40x40x6mm thick complete with locking arrangement and lifting handle incl two coat of anti- corrosive synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfsces complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 25x4mm as earthing lead covered with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point, earth plate electrode surrounded by mixer of common salt and charcoal dust, including 20 mm dia GI watering pipe 'medium grade', funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with CI cover fixed on angle iron frame and excavation & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length upto 7.5m of GI strip is inclusive in unit rate.

Supply and fixing Motor protection unit(MPU) three phae 415 volt , 50 HZ having following protection:- (a) Automatic phase sequence corrector. (b) Automatically correct inut reverse phase. (c) Single phase protection. (d) LV, HV, LIV, Auto on off, timer. (e) Dry running. (F) Under & over current, unbalancing ,float switch with built in CTs (Automatic-RTM ) complete all as specified. & directed. Model - MiCOMP22x of Schneider or equivalent in Seimens/L&T.

Taking out carefully (with out damaging electrical equipment inside sewage sub stn building) mild steel sheet gate shutter -02 Nos. Reparing of the same by providing/welding suiable size and nos of hinges or other fixing arrangment such bearing so that the hinges or the bearing can hold the weight of the gate in still position as well as in moving position incl making necessary locking arangement . Painting of th gate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide as primer. Loc : K Area sewage pump house.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc for shafts, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plain and n. exc. 1.5m depth and getting out. Note : - Excavation shall be carried out manually, Excavation with JCB will not permitted.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of sludge from tank of size 1.5m dia x 5m depth, including solid waste/ settled sludge and cleaning the sewage tank walls/ceiling etc and disposed off the sludge in borrow pits at places defined by Civil Public Health/Pollution Board auth complete all as specified and directed.

Arresting of water leakage from existing pipe line in position from DI pipe of size 80mm to 150mm bore incl excavation through Men/Mechanical power, cutting welding as per site requirement jointing material such as lead joint/gas kit joint/CI fitting nut and bolts, washer and refilling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation/earth work DI fittings, pig lead and nut/bolts shall be measured and paid under respective item separately.
