Excavating in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25 CM in soft/loose soil including removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 meter depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided n ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions,arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exc 100m and depositing where directed and serviceable items taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specifed.

Material and labour for of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specifed.

Material and labour for Formwork rough finished sufaces to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specifed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Granite of anythickness (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms over & including 12mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:3) with pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting, polishing and rubbing complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing reinforced cement concrete1:2:4 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pre cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts for fencing (including form work) average sectional area exc 100 sqcm and not exc 250 sqmcm with or without chammfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for corrosion resistant TMT bars of grade Fe-500/500D of10mm dia bar and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for corrosion resistant TMT bars of grade Fe-500/500D of 5 mm dia bar and overupto including 10 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including stirrups, spacers and binders with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel flat,angle etc of suitable size as in pickets brackets,post and struts in fencing including cutting top as shape as directed,drilling holes,notching forwire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling ,bolting, rivetting etc and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link PVC coated (1 mm thick) chain link fencng exc 2.00 but not exc 3.50 kg per sqm with size of fench 50X50 mm and thicknesss of wire not exc 2.83 mm complete all as speicfied and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires ,any mesh ,size and type to any type of standards ,rails ,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply of MS line wire and flat iron bolts and nuts will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix 6mm dia wire PVC coated for support /line wire to chain linking complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS screw bolt not exceeding 5Cm longmand neck dia 11-15 mm,machine made wih hexagonal or square head a one end and screwed the other or screwed the both ends,fitted with washers andhexagonal nuts and drilling etc of section confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete. GDE Fe 410-0W (gde E-250) quality A. complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new Steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over newly plastered wall surface omplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L external rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averging 15 cm deep and getting out in Hard/Dense complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm graded crushed stone aggregate deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floorsing/hard standing, pathway finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cmx25mm thick ,ISI Marked , hydraulically machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey and cement pigment in floors over a screen bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm grdaded stone aggregate as in kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed
