Repair and renovation of 2nd Indian reserve Battalion Bhamini at Gunupur such as painting and plastering (Non-Res) for 2025-26

Dismantling & Removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab including removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P,Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Scarping old paints with scapers, sand papering & washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5.0m hetght with cost of all labour T&P,Cess etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing Old lime or cement plaster including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P,Cessetc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dressed seasoned sal wood work framed & fixed in frames of doors & windows including cost,conveyance of all materials and cost of labour for fitting, fixing T&P,Cessetc etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:4) on outside surface of exposed RCC with sand for mortar and finished smooth to RCC work after closed deep chipping & slurry treatment including watering and curing etc complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P,Cess, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick A.S. Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying, punning, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P,Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Painting two coats with approved Cementl paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P,Cess etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.Ground Floor

Finishing plastered surfaces with cement putty (water based) of approved make on inside plaster / concrete surface and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all heights with staging wherever necessary with cost, conveyance,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P,Cess etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
