CAMOUFLAGING AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE (I) AT AF STN AMRITSAR

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc. removing old lime wash if any including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water for a building of height upto three storey complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface of walls,slabs & chajja finished even and smooth for a building of height upto three storey all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings and pointing with CM (1:3) with crude oil 5% wt of cement including removing of existing pointing complete all as specified.

M&L dismantling of brick tiles , cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska/brick tiles,removing rubbish off from the premises,cleaning surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and Labour, 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement laid on concrete roof and joints of the tiles should be grouted and flush pointed using CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

All as per description of Srl item No 5 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified. Note : Brick tiles/ PCC tiles dismantled vide item No 4 here-in-before shall be reused and cost of cleaning of these tiles in deemed included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete in any position and any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof, Kerb or mud stops, rounded chamfered on edges all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for chipping off/ taking down the spalled and old concrete from RCC members i.e RCC facia , slab projection,chajjas etc on external surface for application of micrococrete upto three storey complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . The follwing steps are to be followed - i) Cleaning of rusted bars to be done with wire brushes or sand blasting till complete removal of rust ,after this coating of existing reinforcement bars shall be done by applying protective anti-corrosive zinc primer of fosroc or equivalent make with coverage as per technical specifications of manufacturer. ii) Application of epoxy bonding agent on the surface before application of micro-concrete. iii) Mechanical application of micro-cocrete material comprising of 10mm down graded aggregate chips to be mixed in a mechanical slow speed mixer . The mixed material shall be placed immediately in to the position, properly with out any time gap complete for an average thickness 25 mm including finishing the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engrs -In-Charge. Note- i) Primer , bonding agent and micro- concrete matrial shall be of same make . ii) Cost of scaffolding shall be included the qouted rate no extra amount will be paid for this .

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of first quality Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on walls,facias,chajjas and similar works in disruptive pattern having percentage of Six- colour as 29.04% of RGB Value (143, 152, 113), 22.48% of RGB Value (112,139,86), 14.98% of RGB value (123,137,126), 13.80% of RGB Value (84,97,75), 14.15% of RGB Value (123, 137, 94) and 5.55% of RGB Value (206,193,141) as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto three storey, over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.Make: Asian Paints apex dustproof /ultima protect / Neolac Excel Top Guard / Berger Weather Coat Long Life. Note:-The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to include preparation of surfaces of wall/roof and necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height.
