Removing the pump from the base plate by looseinig nuts and bolts disconnection suction and delivery flanges.

Removing the pump top assembly and rotating parts removing worn-out bearings, impeller and fincling faults in them.

Supply and fixing of DE & NDE Bearings

Welding the damaged portion in pump shaft marching and reconditioning etc.,

Providing bearing sleeves at DE & NDE sides including lathe work.

Removing the worn-out impeller supply and fixing of new Gun metal Impeller including lathe works.

Assembling the impeller and bearings pumpset completely connecting suction and delivery pipe line flages pump aligning the exact position painting and testing etc.

MV Panal 800 Amps ACB at karumagoundampalayam BS.

Charges for Dismantling and removing of the 800 AMPS burnt and damaged ACB from LT Panel for using special tool arrangements and inspecting the ACB complete.

Supply , delivery and fixing of 415 volts , shunt relay with plunger rod arrangements (After adjusting the old Scrap Materials).

Supply ,delivery and fixing of 415volts UVR relay (under voltage Release) with plunger rod Arrangements (after adjusting the old scrap materials)

Supply and delivery of high grade carbon steel main control spring with suitable bolt, stud and nuts (After adjusting the old Scrap Materials).

Charges for removing broken springs down rods, roller with relevant bolt, studs and attending the faults and supply and fixing the down rod, roller with relevant studs, bolt and nuts, locknuts etc checking the operating system mechanically and electrically in the desk top arrangements with qualified personal's etc.

Charges for assembling the new spares shunt relay with necessary bolt and nuts operating liver screws moving fine copper contacts. OLR copper coils brass with necessary Allen screws bolt and nuts and fixing are chutes etc.

Charges for connecting all the internal control connection U/V coil, tripping coil (DLR ) ON/OFF indicator with necessary multi core insulated cable sockets ferrules with necessary multi core insulated cable sockets ferrules etc and checking the ACB internal operations using 415 volts power supply including testing commissioning of ACB etc., complete.

Charges for Removing the insulation failled lightning arrester from the 6 poies structure with clamp set and fixing of new testing 22 KV lighting arresters for 3 phase with bold and nut and providing earth connections etc., after deduct the old scrap materials

MV Panal 1000 Amps ACB Unit- II at Sandapettai BS.

Charges for Dismantling and removing of the 1000 AMPS burnt and damaged ACB from LT Panel for using special tool arrangements and inspecting the ACB complete.
