Improvement to Approach Road from RD 00mt. to RD 1500mt. of Ganjadharjore MIP in Khaprakhol Block of Balangir District under CAPEX Road scheme for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting vegetation grass, bush, shrubs and trees of girth up to 300mm, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, compacted at OMC to achieve minimum dry density conforming to Table 300-2 with cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Excavation in approved type of soil free from all roots waste materials kankars in approved borrow area by manual labour or by mechanical means or by both loading in to and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the earth with all leads and lifts on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and removing un-desirable materials and leveling the earth in 22.5 cm. layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding cost of watering and compaction in dam and dyke for all height measured above the un-stripped average ground level including construction and maintenance of coffer dam as and where required and construction maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area including jungle clearance and stripping of borrow area including trimming the extra partially compacted earth beyond the design section etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Compacting and watering upto O.M.C. rolling earth work with PRR in embankment with layers not exceeding 0.23m by power road roller including hire and running charges of roller aas directed by Egineer-in-charge.

Labour for laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Roller but excluding cost and conveyance of sub base materials

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63mm to 45 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-III (53mm to 22.4 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of .60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular ecleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&HS pecifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Labour for laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mmsize crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg.penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hotmixplant,bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles including cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg of bitumen per qm. including hire and running charges of PRR, hotmixplant, tarboiler and all otherT&P articles including cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen

Blinding road surface with gravel 6mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty,cess and labour etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, conveying and stacking at work site good quality moorum from approved quarry and spreading on the metaling surface not exceeding 10mm, watering and compaction with PRR and all leads, lifts and delifts laying in layers including cost, carriage & royalty of moorum and all labour charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
