Nicking cement concrete surface (over 28 days old) including preparation and laying slurry (HSR 10.118)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level ( HSR 11.9)

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, RAK & JOHNSON. (HSR 14.89)

Providing & fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colors, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (HSR 14.92) b) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300 x 450 mm

15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall. (HSR 15.10)

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood-work or metalic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coat on old distempered work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.60)

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem, Robbiacem etc. on new work, two coats to give an even shade. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.61)

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem, Robbiacem etc. on old work, one coat to give an even shade. Factory manufactured panelled door or glazed window, shutters of commercial hard wood, such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc.,(non-coniferous timber other than teak, conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned), with 100 mm wide vetical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail, 200 mm wide bottom rail and 100 mm wide other rails, with panels of 15 mm thick, tongued and grooved of commercial hard wood and including cost of iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats, stops, nails etc., complete, fixed in position (execluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position) [HSR 17.90 (b)(-)Note (i) under item No. 17.18] iii) 35 mm thick.

Factory manufactured wire gauze door and window shutters of commercial hard wood, such as hollocks, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc., (non-coniferous timber other than teak, conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned), with 100 mm wide vetical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail, 200 mm wide bottom rail and wire gauze of 140G or 120G designation including cost of iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats,stops, nails etc., complete fixed in position (execluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position) [HSR 17.92 (-)Note (i) under item No. 17.18] ii) 35 mm thick.

Providing and fixing in position best Indian make ( to the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge) Indian type Orissa or Orya water closet suite for sinking into floor, with raised foot treads complete with 100mm H.C.I. Providing and fixing granite stone flooring on Kitchen slab complete in all respect to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Providing & fixing 2mm thick PVC Sheet for shed with complete fitting from cover including angle, nut, bolts, paints, pipe excavation of earth work, concrete for foundation etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( N.S) Note:- 1. In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR Items of Civil, P.H. work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2. Only reputed make material will be used (make/brand exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved standard document) as approved by Engineer-in-charge, while executing various items/works at site.
