Notes:- (i) Minor repair shall be carried out on spot and other major item shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Major items replaced as "supply and fixing" under respective item of this schedule shall not be payable under this item. (iii) Adequate tradesman/ supporting manpower shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days including Saturdays and holidays from 0930 hrs to 1800 hrs for maintenance of above mentioned work. The supervisor /site Engineer of the contractor shall be forwarded detailed instructions by concerned AGE/JE every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. The persons shall be detailed by AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iv) The complaints received before 1300 hrs shall be attended on same day. The complaints received after 1400 hrs shall be attended on the next working day before 1300 hrs. If complaints shall not attended as per schedule, a penalty of Rs. 500/- shall be imposed on contractor for each complaint for each day. (v) Any delay in non-completion of complaints shall immediately be communicated to AGE/JE.

Notes (Contd...):- (vi) Complaint register & complaints slips shall be maintained by the contractor rep. After completion of complaint the rep of contractor shall obtained feedback and signature of user. Payment against these items shall be made after due verification of complaint register & complaint slips by JE & Engr-in-Charge. (vii) All Electrician/ Pipe Ftr/ Plumber shall wear proper uniform, failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per shift per person shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (viii) The payment of contractor's employee shall be made through nationalized bank account of individual and the proof of transaction and the contractor shall submit the same with bank account pass book of individual within 15 days of acceptance otherwise a recovery shall be made a sum of Rs 200/- per shift per employee from the contractor's dues.
