Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description all as specified and directed .

M& L for rendering of external surface 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishsed including uprooting/cutting of vegetation growth (maximum height upto three stories) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels, etc of average thickness 20mm in CM (1:3) with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates shall deemed to be inclusive of Cost of water proofing compound.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound.

M & L applying two coats of cement base paint to newly plastered surface of wall including preparation.

M & L for complete removal of existing finishes, upto any height, by scraping down of old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, efflorescent salts and cutting/uprooting vegetations growth, including filling of spots with POP and applying of two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer and necessary prepation of surface all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China Squatting pan Orissa pattern long pan, size 580 mmX440mm white with `P' or `S' trap, front or back inlet and foot rests any pattern including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc, including trap set in and including concrete complete including making good to floor all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white fixing bolts (excluding flushing cistern) but including flush pipe, connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe in floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing pipe.

S&F in repairs Cast iron floor trap 100 mm bore with grating including jointing to waste pipe and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 , all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe in floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing pipe.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for filleting, benching, slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required as directed.

Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m as and where directed and M & L for 15 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof surface, using Water Proofing Compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for cleaning the plastered /concrete surface with wire brush and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply one coat of water based bituminious primer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) Laying APP polimerised modified membrane weighing not less than 3.5Kg / sqm by torch application method. (thickness of membrane shall not be less than 3 mm). (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and100 mm on transverse direction. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 & not exc 500, setting asides (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, waterproofing etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tille with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

M&L for water proofing treatment of External walls, chhajjas DFT: 110 microns by applying two coats of elestromeric coating Raincoat, material covering capabity 3 Sqm per litre in 2 Coats without dilution & 1 coat of efflorescent resistant primer 10sqm/litre/coat after cleaning the surface throughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge Make :- Raincoat shall be of PlDlLlTE or equivalent. The product shall have following properties: Elongation > 100% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength : 2.5 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Water Resistance conforming to SS 500, Crack bridging ability conforming to Class A4 as per EN 1062 Part 7, Positive hydrostatic pressure > 7 bar as per DIN 1048, Anti-carbonation property complying EN 1062 Part 6, RCPT conforming to ASTM C 1202.

Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer.

M&L preparation old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint all as specified.

Dismantling fencing, wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Dismantling of RCC post or struts carefully of any section embedded in concrete incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground incl taking down/out worn out unserviceable old barbed wire, chain link fencing complete.

Excavation in post hole each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m in soft/loose soil.

S&F Mild steel for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

M&L for cement concrete in foundation PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg for fencing post etc.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia of wire and 2mm dia of barbed at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandre nails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as specified.

All as per item No. 22 here in before but restraining resecuring old fence including making good staples etc only all old wire fit for reuse as directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick sub base or similar items all as specified and directed.

M&L fo Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation. (Thickness of cushion should not be less than 25mm).
