Clearing and scrubbling by cutting, removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, scrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness rubbish including cutting of trees up to 300 mm girth. Km 0/0-1/2

Earth Work Excavataion and depositing on back with an initial of 10m and lift 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20A Km 0/0-1/2

Providing and Laying Red Gravel for soling & for side berms to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Providing Advance BT patches using 45 mm IRC metal premixed with 44 Kg of bitumen including removal of failed material, trimming the sides to vertical and leveling the bottom, cleaning the same with compressed air or any appropriate method, filled with 50 mm thick BM, after applying bitumen emulsion tack coat at the bottom and sides as per technical specifications clause 502, 503 and 504.

Providing and laying tack coat over the BT surface using 3.00 Kg of Emulsion bitumen for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by departmental section store and the cost will be recovered from the contractor at the rate noted in the special conditions and including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 23.232 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen and 1.168 kgs of Pastic waste for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete Paver Finisher

Providing KM stones of size 1.65 x 0.45 x 0.15 m

Providing HM stones of size 0.75 x 0.23 x 0.10 m
