Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 Mtrs. Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.38)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in 1st storey upto 4 metre above plinth level. (HSR 11.7)

12mm thick cement plaster on walls (1:6) (HSR 15.7)

6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 with floating coat or neat cement 1.5 mm thick and one coat of white washing on bearing of R.C.C slab [HSR 15.83]

Dismantling of existing CC block / interlocking paver block pavement including transporting and stacking usable block along road side and dispose unusable blocks outside PWD land or desired by Engineer (NS)

Laying 80mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks (Confirming to IS: 15658 of -2006/IRC SP-63-2004) of all shapes and colours of design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect [NS]-

Providing and placing in position slotted cement concrete drain cover made up cement concrete minimum M-25 of size 600 x 450 x 70mm complete as per specification or as desired by Engineer-in-charge (NS)
