Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar (FD-220) S & F following components of Charpoy GI pipe including dismantling unservicable one complete all as specified and directed. (a) Long rail made of 32 mm dia GI Tubing medium grade ISI mark 1.88 mtr long, threaded at both ends and fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia GI elbow of charpoy

(b) All as per Item No 1 above but 3 way 32 mm dia GI elbow ISI mark

(c)All as per Item No 1 above but 5mm thick GI medium grade check nuts of 32 mm dia ISI marked suitable to 32mm dia pipa

Conversion of 32 mm dia long rail obtained from item No 1 above into two numbers short rail after cutting and threading both ends and fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia existing elbow complete all as specified and directed.

Conversion of 32 mm dia short rail obtained from item No 4 above into two numbers leg including fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia existing elbow after one end threaded complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable/rusted /welded MS Square tube and S&F new MS Plate of size 900mmx40mm x 5mm duly painted with black colour after applying red oxide after making two Nos hole with 75mmx6mm nut & bolts each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old Nylon Newar and S&F New Nylon newar of 50/55mm width 1st quality(white in colour) .Necessary reassembling the components as where required to fixing components and tighten the charpoy frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg rest complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old U/S plywood and S/F New 12 mm BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of size 2020 mm x 900 mm including fixing of plywood with new 12 Nos Nut and bolts (75x6mm). Necessary reassembling the components as where required to fixing components and tighten the charpoy frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg before fixing the ply top. Rest complete all as specified and directed..

Sofa five seater (TP) (a) Removing old unserviceable cushion with tapestry/leatherite cover complete and S&F new cushions 75mm 32 Density with approved tapestry/leatherite cloth cover (rates of cloth not less than 750 Rs per Mtr)with pasting/staple/stitch on all side front/back/side complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable tapestry/leatherite cover complete and S&F new approved tapestry/leatherite cloth cover (rates of cloth not less than 750 Rs per Mtr)with pasting/staple/stitch on all side front/ back/side. Rest complete all as specified and directed.

(c ) Removing stains /dirts and fungal mark from sofa five seater due to continous use /moistire etc from tapestry/leatherite cover complete sofa (3+1+1)by using vaccum cleaner and chemical/stain remover from all side ie. front/back/side complete all as specified and directed.

Chair for computer Without Arm steel Cushioned Drg No- GE (K) -139 (a)Taking down old unserviceable seat of chair for computer w/o arm steel cushioned and S&F new seat made out 50 mm thick cushion 32 Density covered with approved tapestry cloth pasted on 12 mm BWR Ply complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Taking down old unserviceable back of chair for computer w/o arm steel cushioned and S&F new back made out 50 mm thick cushion 32 Density covered with approved tapestry cloth pasted on 12 mm BWR Ply complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR COMPUTER MAP /Chair Revolving High/Mid Back : TP/FD/E6/MAP/12 & FD/E6/MAP/01 (a) Taking down old unserviceable seat of chair computer MAP and Chair Revolving High/Mid Back S&F with new seat made out from tapestry/ leatherite rexine cloth, best quality exactly shall be as per the sample approved including U foam cushion of 75mm thick 32 density pasted on 12 mm ply as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Taking down old unserviceable back of chair computer MAP and Chair Revolving High/Mid Back S&F with new back made out from tapestry/ leatherite rexine cloth, best quality exactly shall be as per the sample approved including U foam cushion of 3" thick 32 density pasted on 12 mm ply as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

(c ) Taking down old unserviceable PVC castor wheel from chair computer MAP/ executive/revolving and supply and fix new PVC wheel of best quality as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Taking down old unserviceable hydraulic height adjustment lift of chair computer/chair executive/ chair visitor and supply and fix hydraulic cylindrical type height adjustment lift of best quality as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

(e ) Supply and fix handle of chair revolving/computer of (soft/PV) suitable size and design as per original Pattern of different Make and Model including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Taking down old unserviceable PVC pedestal from chair computer/chair executive and supply and fix new five legged PVC moulded, black, pedestal with 05 nos PVC castor wheel of best quality as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

Chair visitors /Chair Writing MAP Trade Pattern (a) Chair visitors of different Make and Model (SEAT & BACK) and re-upholstering with new tapestry/ (approved quality) including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and dircted.

(b) S&F New seat & back (Cushion,tapestry & ply) 50mm thick cushion complete (approved quality) of different make and model including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and dircted.

(c ) Supply and fix handle of chair visitors of (soft/PU) suitable size and design as per original Pattern of different Make and Model including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) M&L for painting two coats of Black paint in Iron frame of Chair Visitor of various Make & Models including scraping old painted/rusted parts by emery paper all as specified and as directed.

Chair Tip-up Audotorium chair - (a) Removing old u/s Complete seat and back and S&F new seat and back complete as per existing colour ans shape made out of 12 mm ply,foam cushion and tapetry approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

(b)Removing old u/s PU soft handle and S&F new PU soft handle complete as per existing shape as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

(c )Removing old u/s base plate and S&F new base plate as per existing and minor repair (tightening /welding etc) complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Preparation of the old painted steel surfaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning and applying one or two of synthetic enamel paint of black shade of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Almirah Steel med (FD 67/1032) S & F following components of Almirah steel med including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed (a) Lock 6 levers with duplicate keys (Make of Lock- LICO/Tulsi/VRL)

(b) Handle 100 mm size chromium plated of Godrej quality matching to Godrej model

(c ) 3 way locking device with necessary fittings and painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Supply and fix leg made of 20guage thick CRCA sheet duly welded/riveted and painted with one coat of synthetic emamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

(e)Adjustment/welding of exsisting shelves by providing new clamps after removing unserviceable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Supply and fix door shutters made of 20 guage thick CRCA sheet including chromium plated steel handle 100mm size -01 No, 3 way locking device with lock with duplicate keys- 01 No, key hole and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer both inside and outside after preparation of surface complete all as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed. (Note for steel painting;- All steel surface shall be done with spray painting) (Make of Lock-LICO/Tulsi/VRL)

(g) Supply and fix shelves made of 20 guage thick CRCA sheet welded/riveted and painted with one coat of synthetic emamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

(h)Preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emary paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth by applying putty wherever required and applying one coat of (spray painting) synthetic enamel paint of olive green/Smoke Grey shade of approved quality both inside and outside including dents/bends complete all as specified and as directed.

Almirah steel large (FD-67/1031) S & F following components of Almirah steel med including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed (a) Lock 6 levers with duplicate keys (Make of Lock- LICO/Tulsi/VRL)

(b) Handle 100 mm size chromium plated of Godrej quality matching to Godrej model

Table dining 900x 900 mm steel (FD-1009) S & F following components of Table dinning 900x900 mm steel including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Leg/stiffener 25 x 25 x 1.6mm thick MS squire pipe duly welded to the frame including minor repairs to the table and painting the replaced portion.

(b) Table top made of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior quality of teak line shade including provision of 4mm thick teakwood beading all around complete all as specified and directed.

(c ) Preparation of the old painted steel surfaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

(d) PVC shoe

Table 900x 600 mm steel with /W/O drawer (FD-1009) S & F following components of Table dinning 900x600 mm steel including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. Teapoy verandah(TP) - (a) Taking down old unserviceable top and providing new top made up 18 mm thick BWR plywood pasted with .8mm thick white laminated sheet including 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round all as per drawing complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Preparation of the old painted steel surfaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of white shade of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Chair Verandah(FD-256)- (a) Taking down old existing unserviceable cane from chair verandah and M&L for reweaving the same with new 4mm wide white plastic cane oval type best quality, in seat and back half round including removing of old paint after scrapping and applying two coats of sybnthetic ename paint white color including fixing 4 Nos PVC Shoes to the legs, complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L for point welding of Chair verandah (One point means welding to broken point alaround the pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

Bed Hard Map Steel(FD/E6MAP/8)- (a) Removing old U/S plywood top from Bed hard Steel MAP and S/F vnew BWR plywood top of size 7'x4'x12 mm thick confirming to IS: 303 as shown on drg.Rest all as per drg complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing old U/s Particle board from Head board. and S/f New Headboard made out of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of teakshade both side .Edges all around pasted with 4mm thick foam/ pvc beading complete all as specified and directed.

(c)Removing old U/s Particle board from foot board. and S/f New footboardt made out of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of teakshade both side .Edgesall around pasted with 4mm thick foam/ pvc beading complete all as specified and directed.

(d)Preparation of old painted steel sufaces of Bed hard steel steel by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth and applying one coats of black synthetic enamel paint including fixing of four Nos of PVC shoes to each Bed complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Removing old u/s Back and S&F New Back of Size 1270 mm x 300 mm of 18 mm thick MDF Board with screw complete all as specified and directed.

(g)Preparation of old painted steel sufaces of Table computer steel steel by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint including fixing of four Nos of PVC plingth screw to each table complete all as specified and directed.
