Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed.

Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc Complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1 20mm graded Mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in Padding roof maintain the requeried slope and finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

PCC plain factory made tiles cement concrete tiles of size 250x250x20-22mm thick machine pressed set joined and pointed in neat cement slury in floor and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flish in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0(using 12.5mm grade crushed stone aggregate ) as in Benching mixed with and including acrylic based polymer water proofing compound, (as per manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced RCC Tank and similar suspended work incl removing debries obtained from demolition to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable cement concrete/PVC water tanks of any description, capacity exc 250 and not exc 500 litres and removing from site including provision of PVC Water Storage Tank 500 ltr Capacity HDPE Double layered PVC Cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet Pipe connection including Tank cover including locking arrangement, Ball Valves high pressure of PTMT with Epoxy coated Aluminium Rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron Pipe 20mm dia and (Min Weight 20mm-210gms) complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) inlet ,out let & wash out pipe will be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate is inclusive of tank nipple and minimum one union each on inlet and outlet of water tank as per size of pipe shall be provided.

Note (i) inlet ,out let & wash out pipe will be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate is inclusive of minimum one union each on inlet and outlet of water tank as per size of pipe shall be provided.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 250 but n exc. 500 litres, setting aside or lowering for cleaning etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (AC Rain water pipe/SWG pipe line) of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls of 110 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or un equal of 110 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110 mm bore with out access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubes 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing 15mm bore GI steel water tubing medium grade fixed to walls complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubes 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing 20mm bore GI steel water tubing medium grade fixed to walls complete all as specified.

Stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle chromium plated fancy type screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions for 15 mm bore dia of pipe fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 incl Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

40mm thick brick tiles (except tiles) laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old brick tiles obtained from dismantling shall be used in this item after proper cleaning / removing mortar incl 25mm thick mud plaster and 3mm thick leeping plaster

40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat cement base primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying 02 (Two) coats of Aluminum painting over and including a coat of primer over APP surfaces by using roller/brush as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner- in -Charge.

M&L for cast iron cowls of 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
