WSS MEDICAL COLLEGE 2ND AND 3RD Supply, Installation , Testing and Commissioning of Submersible Pumping units of below mentioned specifications: Pump: (i) Discharge of the Pump at duty point =4000 GPH (ii) Dynamic Head at duty point = 30 Mts (iii) Speed = 2900 RPM (iv) Mat. Of the impeller = Chrome Steel/S.S (v) Type of pump = Submersible pump (vi) Quality of water to be handled = Fresh water (vii) Makes = KSB/Kirloskar Motor: (i) Rating = Corresponding to head and discharge Prime Mover rating not less than 5hp (ii) Frequency = 50 Hz (iii) Working Voltage = 415 ± 15% (iv) Speed. = 2900 (v) Method of starting. = Star-Delta/ Dol (vi) Make = KSB/Kirloskar The job includes P/F of suitable dia GI nipple of suitable length having 10mm MS flange welded at one end and threaded at the other end. The threaded portion should be as per size of the pumping outlet for proper fixing. The job includes lowering of Pump- Motor assembly and includes all carriages, engagement of skilled labours, tools and tackles as required for carrying out the job at site and fitting the same with the existing system of Delivery Mains. The job also includes providing and fitting of nuts, bolts washers and RI Cloth etc as per site requirement. Once installed the Pump-Motor assembly is to be connected to A.C supply and successful testing and commissioning of the pumping unit is to be carried at full load conditions.
